City Tower Hotel

Genial hotel. Ubicado a la perfección para disfrutar de Aqaba y también de los resorts que están a 20 min. Todo muy limpio, buenas instalaciones y una plantilla de trabajadores magnífica, especialmente Ismael, que nos trató como si fuéramos de la familia.

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet location. Very comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need, very clean too. The staff members are friendly, professional and very eager to help; special thanks to Zahra; very kind lady with a beautiful smile and she makes very delicious cappuccino too. Not my first stay and definitely not my last!

The check-in was smooth and quick even though there was potential for confusion as I hade booked 2 nights under different names and via different providers there was no issues. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and featured comfortable beds. We had requested a sea view, which did not disappoint—it offered a stunning vantage point to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. As a thoughtful touch, the hotel provided fresh fruit and nuts upon arrival. The room amenities were impressive, with a full set of toiletries, including disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. It also had a safe and a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cool, and an iron was conveniently provided. The staff ensured water was replenished daily, and the complimentary soft drinks in the fridge were a nice bonus. Parking was hassle-free, with free spaces available directly in front of the hotel on the main road and plenty more across the street. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, along with a delightful variety of pastries. While the hotel features a small pool and sauna on the basement level, the absolute best thing about our stay was its unbeatable location.

Schönes, sauberes Stadthotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. An der Rezeption wusste man immer unsere Zimmernummer, ohne daß wir diese nannten ;-) Mich begeisterte nach einer Rundreise durch Jordanien vor allem: Es war das erste Hotel mit gutem Licht im Bad. Ich weiß nicht, wie ein jordanischer Mann sich rasiert, eine Frau sich die Augenbrauen zupft oder jemand Kontaktlinsen rein und raus macht wenn es stockdunkel ist vor dem Spiegel. Hier hatte ich eine echte Erleuchtung! Mal abgesehen davon, daß scheinbar nirgendwo im Arabischen die Fläche um ein Waschbecken herum geputzt wird. Fön, Duschgels & Shampoo sind im Bad ebenso zu finden. Das Essen war umfangreich und lecker und an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an Ismael, der sehr freundlich um uns bemüht war. Der Pool im Keller ist eben im Keller, dunkel und naja. Es gibt einen winzigen Safe im Zimmer und genug Decken und mehrere Kissen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Meer mit dem Hafen für Glasboden-Boote ist direkt über die Straße. Taxis fahren genug vorbei, man muß denen nur winken aber auch zu Fuß kommt man zügig in die City. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

One of the best hotels in Aqaba-Jordan! I really like the service there, breakfast was so good and especially the Jordanian dairy products the hotel is close to the beach (2mins walk) and many sea food restaurants! The best thing you can do after 7pm is to buy icecream and walk to the beach there☺️ highly recommended and affordable
