Cloud 7 Hotel Residences

Was a nice apartment but there was a weird smell in the apartment and the service was very slow and not extremely helpful anyway.

The remote beach, which is an artificial beach, is not of natural beauty, the location of the room should be adjusted so that there is no reason except that a room was delivered in the morning and I liked it, but when I returned from the remote beach, only me and my family, I was surprised that the location of the room was in the middle of a number of bars and nightclubs and loud noises that suit a family atmosphere, and I was very angry with their children under the age of six, which prompted me to the management to ask them to call the recruitment site with the family and especially the children, but I did not get my request due to the lack of rooms, and it was one of the worst nights I called with the forced, who could not sleep until after three o'clock from him and me because of the loud music that was able to the rooms inside, and this is all because of the receptionist who should have paid attention to receiving this room a family created of children under the age of six and not following them to stay in this place. (I hope that the hotel management will inform the reception staff that the team members are only partially selected in order to distinguish the other and choose him not only with a smile and a kind word)

First I want to thank Abdullah and Muthana from cloud 7, specially Abdallah for making my stay on of life time. He is amazing the room at al yasmeen building was extraordinary 😍 and he was very generous to offer it for us. I can't give the place or the staff enough words to express my gratitude. Clean 5 stars, location 5 stars, hospitality 100 stars, staff super helpful and kind. Thank-you for making my stay above the expectation 🌹🌹🌹

I don’t know where to begin in expressing how pleased and happy I am with the front desk staff at Cloud 7, especially Mr. Fadi. He went above and beyond to make everything exactly as I requested. The service was incredible, and I’m so grateful for this amazing experience. Thank you! Looking forward for another great experience.

We checked-in on 11th, October 2024. There is no organization at all between clound 7, b12 and grand hayatt. We were not able to enter to any beach or pool until 4:30 Pm (before 1:30 hours of closing time) because there is no communication between the above mentioned parties as we were not allowed to enter although we have entrance vouchers ( some of the reasons is that we are only guys and only couples are allowed). Moreover, when we entered all the beach and pools were guys !! So the rules were not fair between residents. At night we decided to go to bar in the bar street. They informed us that we are not allowed to enter since we do not have couples or reservations. We contacted them for reservations they claimed that they are full, however, they were still entering couple people. Futhermore we saw guys speaking to the bouncer and he allowed them to enter. We complained to the receptionist, and the only solution they provided to us that they offered a late check out at 2 pm next day. Awful resident, awful staff and awful service. This is my second experience in this hotel and absolutely the last one. We paid an amount of USD 450 for one night, without using facilites. This amount was paid for sleeping only !!! I do not recommend this hotel at all. My experience in Movenpick hotel and Intercontinental hotel and Manara was much better. At least I was able to relax there compared to the stress I faced in Cloud 7

I would like to thank you for your hospitality. It was a very wonderful experience, and I would like to thank a person at Hayat Amman named Mohye aldin , who works as a waiter. He was one of the most amazing and respectful individuals in his interactions. All my respect to you.

best staycation i ever i had so much fun with my family 10/10 experience the weather was amazing the food was so good with multiple restaurants to choose from, you can even order whatever you want via talabat, house keeping were really professional, and the front desk employees were so cooperative and friendly

The place was amazing the service was really fast. The staff was really polite and helpful at all times especially Amal and Laith. I would definitely go back again. However, one of the biggest issues that Ayla “not cloud 7” has is that they don’t provide transportation inside of Ayla for the hotel residents they only provide that for condo owners which is really bureaucratic of them, transportation should be available for all hotel residents inside of Ayla, this is the bare minimum. On the bright side Cloud 7 actually provided transportation for their residents, of course they couldn’t take people to all places only to a limited areas, again due to Ayla’s roles.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, it is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the buildings are easy access to all the amenities in Ayla. The view from the room in Yasmin Building is spectacular. The hotel is very suitable for families, couples, friends, and huge families. The most important note is that the employees take the complaints of the visitors seriously and into consideration. I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah for all his efforts in making our stay extraordinary and better than the last stay. He took all of our notes into consideration and made our stay special and made us feel special which is really very important for the customer satisfaction. He exceeded our expectation and made us forget that complaint we had. Listening to our feedback and comments is the most important part in providing the best service.
