Kasapakis Hotel & Apartments

WARNING PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING —— Please read and do your homework before selecting this shambles of a hotel. Me and my partner found it strange how there was no reviews on trip advisor since 2022!! It also makes sense now that all the reviews or majority of them are written by “the owner” if you notice they all say how great the owner is. All the negative reviews have been erased, (currently have an open complaint with trip advisor who are looking into this matter). We are trying to warn you, if you book this you will regret it. We booked through love holidays and let me say the pictures make this dump site look ok. Very misleading!! As the ‘owner’ says ‘I make my website look good for people. We couldn’t agree more as the website was a huge catfish and nothing like what we lived in for a week. We arrived at around 1am, we thought the transfer-driver was joking when he said we had arrived at kasapakis apartments! We got off our transfer and felt completely devastated. The front/reception looks absolutely disgusting, Like an old abandoned restaurant. We waited in an empty reception with no one around at all for approximately 5 minutes but put this down to it being early hours of the morning. The little reception area stinks of cigarettes. It’s old , tacky and dirty. Not a great start. Michael ‘the owner’ greeted us and took our details, he asked why we didn’t upgrade our room within the first five minutes of speaking to him. As anyone would - we said we had only just arrived and that the website looks lovely so was at the time happy to remain in the accommodation we selected. We couldn’t of been further from that. ‘The owner’ asked if we wanted air conditioning at an extra charge of 7euros per night, as it was so late we just wanted to sleep and said we would decide if we needed it or not tomorrow or later in the week. At this time ‘the owner’ had no issue with this and told us to ‘let me know’. We were directed where to go and made our way to our room. There is no lighting on the walkway up the path to the rooms, with cats and cat sick / faeces everywhere. We entered our room and was upset with the decision we made to book this place and realised we had made a huge mistake in selecting this hotel. The room is beyond basic and disgusting, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the previous guests. There was blood on the sheet and pillow, the lovely cleaner changed these the following day after I spent an uncomfortable night on a springy mattress with no sheet and the beds are cheap and so low to the ground. The bathroom if you call it that, is shocking. The shower is literally a tray ( a small tray) with a hand held shower head with rust in most areas. No plugs for the sinks, no utensils at all for the kitchen area. So as the week went on, we were getting bit my the mosquitos at night as we had to have the doors and cell window ( bathroom window ) open all night due to the heat and being refused air conditioning by the ‘owner’. We bought souvenirs in the shop inside his hotel, he distracted us with his chatter and added other souvenirs in the bag that we hadn't bought, costing us more of course.I don't like being cheated, and if he did it for a few pennies, I don't want to imagine if one day I had to book at his hotel. I would have gone back but unfortunately we had the flight.Not very honest

Zoals u al weet hebben we melding gedaan over het hotel Kasapaki in analipsis, we doen nu een officiële KLACHT. We hebben met Tui Nederland gebeld voor advies. Het”hotel” waar wij 14 Dagen verbleven is verschrikkelijk. We hadden logies met ontbijt geboekt: maar in de wetenschap dat we er ook konden dineren, mijn moeder is 74 en soms niet in staat om buiten het hotel te gaan eten. Die gastronomischen Einrichtungen umfassen ein Restaurant, ein Café und eine Bar. Das Apartmenthotel bietet als buchbare Verpflegungsleistungen Halbpension und All-Inclusive. Angeboten werden Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen. Das Hotel führt ein Sortiment alkoholischer und alkoholfreier Getränke. Ihre Unterkunft bietet folgende Verpflegungsangebote: • Halbpension • All inclusive 
Beschreibung der Verpflegungsangebote: • Frühstück • Mittagessen • Abendessen • Bar • Café ER IS GEEN BAR CAFÉ OF RESTAURANT. Wij kwamen om +/- 21.30 in het hotel aan, waren de hele dag al onderweg en wilden graag wat eten, het antwoord van de eigenaar was : wij hebben helemaal geen restaurant jullie kunnen hier niet eten hij gaf ons een adres waar we wel een pizza konden bestellen, oké wij gingen naar onze kamer (20), daar viel onze mond van verbazing open. Een zeer slecht onderhouden geheel. Douche kapot, wc bril erg los, van de vier keukenstoelen wat er 1 die gebruikt kon worden, niet eens een fles water in de incomplete koelkast die dag en nacht draaide. Teleurgesteld en doodmoe naar bed gegaan, gelukkig die ligt goed de kussens daarentegen waren geel en goor met allemaal kwijl vlekken, zeer oud. Bij het openen van de slaapkamerdeur hadden we de klink in onze handen, er lopen zeker 15/20 katten er zijn geen horren dus niets kan open. De airco tegen betaling is zo smerig dat we die niet aan durfden te doen het was dus met 30 graden erg warm, rookmelders niet aanwezig volgende morgen naar het ontbijt. Helaas is er alleen een ZEER SUMIER ontbijt dat al vanaf 8 uur in de zon staat, de kaas en ham zit in ijzeren bakken die heel warm worden, net als de yoghurt, iedere dag hetzelfde. Verder overdag niets te krijgen alleen buiten bij het zwembad door het raam cocktails bestellen of bier ,de ontbijtruimte is overdag kinderspeelplaats voor de kids van de eigenaar wordt afgesloten met plat liggende stoelen ( functioneert als hek )en rookruimte voor de baas en zijn vrouw. Het kleinste kind werd op de eettafel waar de gasten aan ontbijten verschoond!!!! Het oude keukenblokje was vies en de kasten en laden ruiken erg muf. We hebben onze klachten de eerste dag gemeld bij de eigenaar(Michael), hij was zeer verbaasd, deze klachten ook bij Tui gemeld. Toen we de dag erna geen verbetering aan onze klachten zagen hadden we gevraagd om betere kamer. ( douche toilette )hij moest even met de vrouw overleggen. En kwam terug en zei dat het kon tegen betaling van €570,00. Wij hebben dit geweigerd. De zelfde dag maar later kwam hij bij ons met de melding dat zijn vrouw een fout heeft gemaakt en dat
