I would say one of the better properties along the Great Ocean Road. We stayed here for 2 nights, we were too late for booking the seaview villa so we had the partial seaview. Which means seaview over the driveway looking past the villa in front of you from bedroom and spa bath. House is very spacious with 2 large bathrooms, a separate spa bathroom, separate laundry room, large terrace at the back with BBQ area overlooking their new garden and eucalyptus trees. The house has all the amenities you might want or need and they are all of good quality: nespresso machine with milk frother which I found fantastic. Big kitchen with lots of pans, cutlery, bowls etc and with oven, microwave, large induction cooker etc. Good fireplace that was easy to light up. Bathrooms had double shower heads, good water pressure and nice shower gel etc. Super comfy large bed. Also a supercomfy sofa in the living room. The only thing is there was carpet on the floor in the bedroom and we prefer tiles or wood which is easier to keep clean (underfloor heating for winter time) and the hardware on all windows and doors was old. Hard to open the windows in the 2nd bedroom, wobble doorknob on door to terrace. I thought the decor was a bit dated as well - tiles in bathroom, kitchen cabinets. The taps at the bathroom sinks were placed wrongly so whenever you sued the tap, half the water flowed behind the bowl instead of in the washbasin bowl. These were minor things though, highly recommend this place. Location is close to Apollo Bay and right on the Great Ocean Road, where you can walk to the beach by just crossing the road. Therefore it is nice and quiet except for the roar of the sea. They have eucalyptus trees as the back of the property and we were lucky enough to have 3 koala's relaxing in the trees. We were in villa 1 which definitely has the worst view - mostly of villa 2 in front of you. And when cars drive up the driveway, they have their headlights shining straight into your living area (there are good curtains though) Villa 2 and 4 are the full seaview ones and villa 3 is accessible for everyone but has a meadow with sheep next to the house (we had trees) and the living room and terrace has seaview. Loved our stay, super comfortable, great hosts, very responsive, easy check-in, great recommendations (WildLife Wonders tour was great)

One of the best experiences I’ve had. I rarely write reviews but decided to as this place is deservedly so. Friendly nice owner. Amazing front view of the ocean and especially from the hot tub. The house is glassy and elegant yet organic and chilled at the same time. We loved just sitting by the fireplace looking and listening to the ocean right in front of us. A memorable and wonderful place.

Eine herausragende Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage und perfekten Blick aufs Meer ( Villa Nr. 2.) Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt und der Service sind perfekt. Die Geräte im Haus sind in sehr guter Qualität und funktionieren. Unsere Villa hat einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner Bügeln ist möglich. Ein Gasgrill, Tiefkühler und großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.

Wunderbare Unterkunft Eine wunderbare Unterkunft wo man alle Komfort hat. Sogar Koalas sieht man im Garten. Der Preis ist ehr hoch aber immer es ist es Wert.

Stunning villa with an awesome view, Koalas just a minute away, wonderful breakfast hamper. The villa had everything you could possibly need and more, 2 beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, it was spotlessly clean, the spa bath had a wonderful ocean view. Loved the verandah with the swinging seat. Perfect

Amaaaazing! Stunning location. Immaculately clean. Able to charge our electric car was an absolute plus and a must considering the local charger was out of order. The view?! Incredible. Comfy sofa with a gorgeous fireplace listening to the sound of the waves. Heaven. The goodies given were a bonus: free range eggs, bread, fruit m, muesli, chocolate, sparkling wine all delish and very much appreciated. Spotlessly clean. Private. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stop on the great ocean road. Just wish we had booked more nights!! A quality stop on the road between Melbourne and Adelaide. Really good place. Luxurious, great views over the ocean and a little bit of feel good! Overall Outstanding!

Wow! What a place. So serene, amazing views, and so peaceful. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved the place, and so did the kids . Spacious yet cosy, very well maintained, amply stocked to do your own cooking and washing, beachfront and 2mins to the beach. Having the Koala sanctuary with the 2 "resident" koalas for the kids to spot everyday was brilliant. Lili was always responsive and accommodating, and by chance meeting her in person, checking in with us to make sure we were OK was so nice. Left this place with a heavy heart (the entire family) but with so many memories and photos to bring with us. Will definitely come back to stay. Stayed 5D4N and wished i could have stayed longer. Definitely a place to consider for those staying in Apollo Bay or those thinking of this as abse to travel around the region

Fabulous accommodation, kitchen facilities, location, staff - everything was perfect …………… wouldn’t change a thing …………… stayed for 3 days ……… Wonderful to come back to such a lovely place after having a long walk………….. Thank you very much, we will be back
