Big4 Apollo Bay Pisces Holiday Park

We stayed in powered caravan sites with an ocean view. The park is in a perfect position and the grounds are super clean and tidy. The check in was fast and the van spots are level and spacious. Bathrooms are large and clean, other areas for children looked fun and spacious. The only fault I could see and is the pool is very small and always full so we never used it. You are right opposite the beach so you can always swim there. The park was about $40 more a night than the one in Torquay we stayed at the week before, but in saying that it was worth it and you get what you pay for, we would do it again.

Comfortable cabin with basic kitchen. Comfortable beds with fresh white linen and large towels. Nice mix of pillows. Clean bathroom. Separate toilet. Park facilities varied and very good. Video events short and informative. Great venue on Great Ocean Road.

Enjoyed a fabulous week or so, due to 5 day lockdown we had to extend which the staff were extremely helpful with. We had our van on a slab powered site which was immaculate. Bathrooms are extremely spacious and clean. Washers and dryers only $3 (cheap considering some parks charge $4 a load). Kids (6 and 9) loved the playground. Probably doesn't suit very little children though. Fire pit is loaded with kindling and firewood on the ready each night so you can toast marshmallows with the fantastic view of the ocean. Pool area probably could do with some pool lounges or something a bit more comfortable to sit on. The park is located out of the town slightly and set up high over looking the water, probably a 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk into town. One of the nicest van parks we've stayed at. Looking forward to returning again. Thanks Pisces!

Fantastic campsite! One of the best I’ve stayed in so far in Australia. Reception staff were very friendly, great facilities which were all very spacious. Good views of the ocean as well. Location is a little far out of Apollo Bay but we didn’t mind and it was a lovely beach walk to get into town. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great park, lots of facilities that are immaculately clean and maintained. We stayed in a glamping tent which was really fun as well as being comfortable. I would definitely recommend this park, especially to those travelling with children as there are so many facilities for kids, such as a pool, playground, jumping pillow and games room. There are also activities available like a scavenger hunt and koala search to keep kids entertained. Staff were very helpful whenever needed.

I booked an Ocean View Deluxe (5 Berth) cabin at the Big 4 Apollo Bay. I paid $1324 for 3 nights of accommodation from the 25 April to the 28 of April. When we arrived I was advised that we were staying in Cabin 23. When we entered the cabin we had no ocean view our view was of a car park in front of our cabin, the sullage dump (rubbish area), and a food truck parked out the front of the cabin. My husband went to the office and spoke to a man there who advised my that they have had complaints from others who had stayed in the cabin regarding the fact that there is no ocean view and they are currently in the process of downgrading the cabin to a deluxe cabin with no ocean view. I find it utterly disgusting that these people would falsely advertise accommodation and mislead people to book a cabin that they will not have access to upon arrival. I would NEVER EVER have agreed to come and stay in the cabin they gave us. I would have cancelled my reservation and asked for a refund. However, we were not afforded that opportunity.
