Really mixed on the hotel. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t awful. The “all inclusive” for the bar only includes a selection of certain alchohols. Staff are friendly. Food tastes nice but it is a small selection and the same food every single day so gets boring. Rooms are clean and very nice. The hotel amenities is next to none they have a massage place but have to pay and that’s about it. A storm hit whilst we were there and there is no inside seating just outside with a canopy. No loungers around the pool and the chairs around the pool are where everybody eats but there is a nice private beach with lots of beds right in front of the hotel. Seen a review that they’ve charged someone €7 a night for tax which is fine but we got charged €10 so they have had an extra €20 off us. There is a schedule on restaurante times and they always shut it before it’s meant to shut. This hotel would be good for someone who is just looking for a place to stay and doing excursions etc but would not stay again.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! While the rooms themselves were clean and nice, that's where the positives end. The food was significantly below average, and the dining situation was a complete disaster. The restaurant is outdoors.Being forced to eat outside for the duration of my week stay, which was plagued by constant rain, made for a truly miserable experience. Imagine trying to eat with rain dripping onto your food, sitting at soaking wet tables and chairs, resulting in cold and unappetizing meals. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not one to be negative but I feel it’s necessary when it comes to this hotel. Sadly, this trip away was for me and my husband’s honeymoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely man (can’t remember his name) and I genuinely don’t have a single bad word to say regarding the staff. However, our room was down a dark corridor and had a really bad smell like sewage. The shower went hot and cold constantly, one point scalding my skin. The shower also didn’t have a shower holder, it also flooded the room to the point where it made it very slippy and a safety hazard. The bedding had a damp feel and the rooms were dirty. There were cobwebs and dust in the corners. 😢 The cleaners/maids would sometimes storm in the room, even though we had the do not disturb setting on. Not sure where to start on the food, there was little to no variety. If eating spaghetti and skewers everyday is your thing then maybe you’d enjoy. It was literally the same every meal and me and hubby ended up spending money on food out most nights. The dessert choices were lacking too but not terrible. The cocktails were nice and strong but , again, not much choice for the all inclusive. 👎🏼 The pool was laughable; when we got there, we said to eachother “surely that’s not the pool”. It was the size of a fish finger. Seriously. And it was located in such a weird place, right next to where people dine. The food part isn’t even a restaurant, it’s a bar area so nothing really differentiates lunch time to dinner time. 😢 Like i said, the staff were lovely however it was our honeymoon and we were given twin beds. They gave us a mattress topper, which again, is nice and helpful but not the most romantic a week after you get married! A staff member did bring us two bottles of white wine to our room for the inconvenience which was nice. That all being said, the location is beautiful, right upon the gorgeous sea front and lots of bars and food places in walking distance. Really not worth the £1500 + we paid. I hate writing bad reviews especially with decent friendly staff but at the end of the day, we are hard working people who spent a lot of money on this terrible hotel, also for what was meant to be our honeymoon. Just want to make sure other people don’t make the same mistake! 🥲

Bardzo fajny hotel w spokojnej okolicy. Czyste i wygodne pokoje, sprzątane codziennie niestety po raz pierwszy spotkałem się z brakiem uzupełniania wody w lodowce no ale to tylko taka dygresja. Super widok z balkonu na może (room 14) W pokojach wszystko czego potrzebujesz, tv, lodówka i sejf. Pokoje urządzone nowocześnie i z pomysłem. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Jedzenie w hotelu smaczne ale… Hotel nie posiada restauracji, wszystkie posiłki spożywa nie na wolnym powietrzu przy basenie, cześć jadalni jest tylko zadaszona i ma całkowity brak ścian, co powoduje ze rano i wieczorami może być zimno przy jedzeniu a i samo jedzenie z powodu braku kuchni jest raczej chłodne co było dość denerwujące. Jeżeli hotel poradzi sobie z jadalnia i lepszym podgrzewaniem posiłków to będzie naprawdę super. Generalnie hotel fajny i godny polecenia. Przy hotelu parking dla samochodów i plaża hotelowa.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική ηρθαμε από ηρακλειο μαζί με τον μικρό 3 χρονών και περάσαμε ένα πολυ όμορφο 3ημερο.Η καθαριότητα των δωματίων ήταν άριστη 👍επίσης είχε έναν πολύ περιποιημένο μπουφέ με πολλές επιλογές και εκπληκτικές γεύσεις. Συγχαρητήρια για την άψογη δουλειά σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ θα ξαναερθουμε σύντομα ❤️

Ολοκαίνουριο ξενοδοχείο πάνω στη θάλασσα. Πολυ όμορφη πριβε παραλία και καλό προσωπικό. Τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό. Το transfer του ξενοδοχείου ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό, καθαρό όχημα και επαγγελματίας οδηγός.
