Sometimes the water takes a little longer to heat up and the windows leak during “gully washer” storms. With that being said, we love it anyway and are constantly making improvements. 2. We live in a true “hallmark” town. While it is an awesome community, calling someone to fix a problem is often met with “I can put you down for next week” (The sense of urgency is not always there). 3. This is not our full time job. We have other priorities including dogs, school, mothers-in-laws, etc. We will do the best we can if a problem comes up, but please know we have to balance a big family. 4. If you plan on staying with us during the week, please know that the building receives commercial deliveries Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Often, these deliveries happen between 6-7am. They are not there long but it could be noisy. The overall street is very quaint but the building is situated near other restaurants that get deliveries throughout the week.
