There is also a nice closet with hangers for extra storage space.BathroomThe bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub comboOutsideThis unit is located in very close proximity to the outdoor pool at the complex! Out of the waterfront deck you will find an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill for your use. Down at the community dock, there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for $35 per night.Right above the condo is a gas station that hosts lots of things you may need during your stay. It is also a short 10-minute drive to Hy-Vee. There are many great restaurants close as well.Guest accessYour door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out.Other things to notePlease note, if you have more than 4 guests there is a $10 per person per night fee for the extra people up to 6 people max! will automatically calculate this for you at booking, so please ensure to book for the exact amount of people you plan to have stay. If you show up to the condo with more people than what you booked your reservation will be in violation of our house rules and you could be asked to leave immediately.The boat slip is $35 per day extra.
