Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The space:It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use. Located on a wooded lot with beautiful shrubbery, you can enjoy the tranquility of a private retreat, yet still be only a short drive or walk to the ocean itself. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed; two full bathrooms; a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; eating area and living room, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, streaming TV channels, and a washer- dryer comb. Relax and watch the local wildlife or beautiful sunsets from a large front porch with a picnic table, rocking chairs, and a hammock. Outside, there is an outdoor shower to wash off sand from your trips to the nearby ocean front. If you like to fish, the private pier offers a great fishing or crabbing spot. Your boat can be moored at the deep water slip, and the house itself is located close to a marina at the island’s west end. Kayaks and life jackets are available to use on Davis Canal, with its winding channels. Outdoors, you may wish to use the barbecue grill and picnic table. Clara Vista also provides an ice chest, small beach umbrella , beach chairs, beach towels and a cart to carry the, making trips to the strand easier and more enjoyable.Up to two dogs are welcome. The bedroom features a comfy queen bed with a TV and plenty of drawer space. A full bath with tub/shower is well appointed and welcoming. Paradox Place has two 14X14 rooms plus a bath. It is best suited for a couple. But kids are welcomed and can enjoy the memory-foam sofa sleeper. It is not recommended for more than two adults. The outside shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. And bring your devices to enjoy with our 500Mb WiFi. Paradox Place is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Intra-Coastal Waterway. The beach is a quick drive away.
