This studio condo is located in a private area away from traffic. The condo is a 5 minute walk from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. It has been renovated with a modern look and design with comfort as a priority. The oak wood floor and the Italian marble countertops set the tone of luxury. You are greeted by the comforts of home with two LaZyBoy rocking recliners facing a 50 inch flat screen TV with free WIFI and cable TV. PC has a working fishing industry with lobster boats coming in and out throughout the day. There are many specialty shops and art galleries to visit as well. While you're in the Cove, you may want to treat yourself to a scenic cruise on the Finest Kind sailboat or The Silver Lining. From Perkins Cove you can walk to the stunning Marginal Way, a 1 mile+ path that follows the rocky coast and ends at Ogunquit village and Ogunquit Beach. Ogunquit Beach is one of the longest sandy beaches in Maine.
