We have big, beautiful trees lining both sides of the street as well as in the yard.Just a short walk down the street, there is a bicycle/walking path that goes along the upper Niagara River and takes you directly to the Falls. There is also a bus stop for city travel located on the corner of 58th and Buffalo Ave.We are very pet friendly and would love if your pet family member could accompany you on your vacation, we do allow SMALL pets (under 25lbs) but please check with us first for approval and there is an additional fee $25/pet for the first day and $20 per day after that.If you have more than one pet or you are going to be staying for more than 2 day's or your dog is bigger than 25 pounds, Please check with me, I may be able to make special arrangements and adjust the pricing to give you a better deal. Each room contains a large closet for your convenience.The design of the master bedroom and den is a modern twist on a farmhouse style and is decorated in a soothing neutral palette perfect for relaxing.The second bedroom containing one queen bed utilizes a rich color palette of deep blues and gold that combine with the wooden floor to create a sophisticated atmosphere, but the koala portrait taking center stage above the bed keeps the space from taking its self to seriously and adds a little playful touch.The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with a 4 burner electric stove and oven, a microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and kettle.
