Welcome to The Attic!We are so happy to welcome you to our little nook in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Our amazing area boasts not just one, but two beautiful lakes and 3 rivers. This is a place to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature and each other, and slow your roll down. On July 24, 2019, the City of Mountain Home was the very first in the state of Arkansas to implement a Downtown Entertainment District. Between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and midnight daily, patrons of the district can leave a restaurant or bar with a single commercially branded paper or plastic cup of beer, wine or a mixed drink to be consumed in the boundaries of the district.We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio. When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!If you forget something, there is a grocery store right next door. Our 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment is newly remodeled but boasts the original charm of this building, and is within walking distance to downtown Mountain Home.This space sleeps up to 6 people, has a desk if you’re here on business, and has a studio kitchen that has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. NEW upscale downtown loft! (Unit 1) This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom loft has high end industrial/modern vibes. It is a short walk to downtown Mountain Home, which just opened Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub AND Rio Burrito! There are many other amazing places close by (refer to our list below!). This apartment has a master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a lofted area that looks out over the entire downstairs with 2 twin sized beds. This is a fun space geared more towards children! (The lofted area has a low ceiling that is most suitable for children, so be advised that adults cannot fully stand up if they are wanting to utilize the beds or common area upstairs.) There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bath downstairs. Every room has a TV.
