Unit 48-D is furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds, making for the perfect getaway for a small group of friends or family! Our guests will enter the condo into the hallway. Just off to your left is the kitchen! The kitchen features an abundance of counter space, full sized appliances including a stove, mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, as well as plentiful storage room in the top and bottom cabinets. Smaller appliances, such as a toaster and coffee maker are also provided! Our guests will have no issues preparing a home cooked meal in this fully stocked kitchen! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride of River Oaks. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Just past the kitchen is the dining area. This dining table separates the kitchen and living room, and provides enough seating for 4! Just past here, we find the living room. The living area is by far the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The sofa and love seat provide plenty of room for hanging out after a long day at the beach or out on the golf course. This space is also fitted with a beautiful area rug, coffee table, end tables, accent chair, and a flat screen tv! The door to the patio also makes this space warm and welcoming by offering tons of natural light. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the balcony and golf course views!
