One bedroom/ one bath apartment in an historic 1924 home situated in the beautiful Berkeley hills overlooking San Francisco Bay. This flat includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is large, with a queen size bed and beautiful views. The bathroom, which includes a shower/ no tub, is accessible through the bedroom as well as a separate hall from the living room. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed and a flat screen TV. Cable and wifi are included. The apartment has its own washer/dryer. The apartment is accessed down a flight of steps through a locked gate. An intercom allows the guest to open the gate for guests with the push of a button.On-street parking is plentiful. Some guests chose to purchase daily parking passes but this is entirely optional.The unit has an entrance directly onto a garden that was designed by the Berkeley landscape designer Keeyla Meadows.
