The very popular colonial style, Mount Lavinia Beach Hotel is less than a 10 minute stroll along the beach.Galle road is approximately 7 minutes away, for Banks, Supermarkets, Restaurants, International fast food, Delicious local fast food and of course, clothes shops and salons, and much more.The master bedroom and the living room faces the beach and the ocean; the view in the early morning and when the sun sets in the evening, is magnificent, and the rest of the time the balcony is ideal for sun bathing or just entertaining.The whole apartment is Air-conditioned and has fans everywhere. In case of power cuts, we have a generator that kicks in immediately so guests will never be without power.PLEASE NOTE. Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment; ash trays are provided on the Balcony.We offer Satellite TV & WiFi Internet ( limited to 60GB / day ) included in the price. Common areas of the apartment block is covered by CCTV and manned by security guards.
