The well-kept apartment is located about 300 m away from the Schön Klink Neustadt in a quiet cul de sac. A direct hiking trail leads to the Baltic Sea beach. The ground-floor apartment is 65 m² in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 mx 2 m), a living room with a pull-out corner couch (which also offers additional sleeping space), a dining area and a direct hatch to the kitchen.
