Accordingly we have added the cleaning fees to the rental rate as a separate item. Tenants are only asked to leave the apartment as clean and neat as possible, ensure all garbage is removed and placed in ground level lockbox, put all dirty dishes etc in dishwasher, and set it running as you leave.
