"Since my visa was rejected, I couldn't go to the hotel. There was no possibility of canceling the order. They said that I could change the date, but I had to do it as soon as possible. I didn't make any reservations. I originally planned to let the people who were originally going to go with me go to the store. Three days in advance, I was told that the original room type was not available and I had to upgrade at double the price. And it was not a weekend, but a mid-week. I spent 188 euros without even seeing the hotel. Don't book if you are uncertain about your itinerary, but three days in advance, he would not have a room. It's ridiculous."

"What seemed to be a promising stay was a real disapointment, as the location bluntly cancelled the booking the day before. They blaimed it on a "double booking", although we had been communicating with them in the last month. Also, they took no responsability and just said it was "not their fault". Did not even have the smarts to offer some kind of compensation to show goodwill or help find a new place to stay. I would not trust this venue! A real shame."
