"This hotel is actually the closest to the train station, besides Hampton Inn, but Trip.com listed it as 460 meters away! In reality, it's very close and more convenient for dining and shopping than hotels like NH Collection or A Stay, which claim to be 260 meters away. During Tomorrowland, hotels can skyrocket to over 3000 a night, but this one is still considered expensive even in the off-season, which suggests decent quality… Another plus for this hotel is that the rooms are relatively larger. However, despite being renovated, the overall feel is still a bit dated."

"Entering the premises the hotel looks really nice, beautiful old building though also somewhat empty and desolate. Perfectly situated for visits to the city center. But as we live in Antwerp and close by we didn’t book a room but the wellness which they also do promote separate from a stay in the hotel. At first glance it looked really nice but I think we have never been this disappointed in a wellness and definitely not for this price. In fact they only have a small sauna and an even smaller Turkish steam bath. A few chairs next to that where we could sit a little while. The shower room was chilly, almost cold and the lights switched off every few minutes. There is no conditioner and a coffee and soft drink at a surplus (tea, water and some fruits for free) This is an oké place as an amenity when staying in the hotel but not to rent separately as a ‘wellness’. We expected a lot, came home disappointed. Sadly on our daughters’ 30th birthday"

"What seemed to be a promising stay was a real disapointment, as the location bluntly cancelled the booking the day before. They blaimed it on a "double booking", although we had been communicating with them in the last month. Also, they took no responsability and just said it was "not their fault". Did not even have the smarts to offer some kind of compensation to show goodwill or help find a new place to stay. I would not trust this venue! A real shame."

"6 min walk from Antwerp Central Station. Easy to get to many places in the city. That’s the only pro. The room was old and equipped with aged facilities. They won’t provide basic hotel stuff in the room such as cleaning sets,bath ropes etc until you go down to front desk to ask from them (yes they won’t bring them up, you have to go down yourself). The A/C switch was not easy to operate, what was set on switch did not match the temp I felt. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Some lady staff at reception were nice to offer help. But some guy staff seemed they were reluctant to work. I checked in at night and it passed shop normal operating hours. The hotel didn’t offer complementary water. There was no vending machine inside or near hotel. There was no kettle provided in the room! So boiling water is not an option. They forced you to drink bottled water from minibar. And everything from minibar was ridiculously expensive. Water is 2-3 x the price of what you pay at local supermarket. A total rip-off. Would definitely not choose this place again."

"Erinomainen sijainti, vain muutaman minuutin päässä kaupungin keskustasta. Hotelli on hyvin suunniteltu, henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja uskomattoman avuliasta. Huone on hyvin varusteltu, erittäin tilava ja korkeakattoinen. Siinä on myös suuret ikkunat, jotka päästävät sisään runsaasti auringonvaloa. Sänky ja patja ovat mukavat. Kylpyhuone on kohtuullisen kokoinen ja siellä on kaikki tarvittava. Vedenpaine ja lämpötila ovat erinomaiset. Huone on äänieristetty kadun melulta, mutta ei käytävältä, joten oven sulkeutumisääni viereisestä huoneesta voi olla niin kova, että se herättää aamulla. Huone on pääosin siisti, mutta suihkuverho kaipaa useammin pesua. Kaiken kaikkiaan se oli erinomainen oleskelu."

"Varasimme kaksi huonetta kuninkaan kokoinen vuode, ja onnellinen huoneen koko ja huone/kylpyhuone suunnittelu - moderni ja hyvin järjestetty. Hotellihenkilöstö on erityisen lämmin ja ystävällinen. Soitin muutaman kerran ennen saapumista pyytää tietoa huoneesta ja pysäköinti, kaikki on käsitelty tehokkaasti. aamiainen oli hieman pienempi kuin odotin 5 tähden hotelli, mutta kaikessa se oli kaunis viikonloppu, joka vietettiin siellä! Oli hyvä muistoja juoda samppanjaa mieheni hotellibaarissa :)"
