Check out time 10 o clock, is not good,I requested but she Elizabeth rejected my request very roude you must be leave before 10 .in this situation I m not happy , normally check out time 12 o clock , advertising free parking thay lying no parking available in the promises.i parked paid parking on the road. In the kitchen no tea kettle.

Jammer dat we de code voor de sleutelkluis een dag later hebben ontvangen. Blijkbaar waren we niet de enige, waren er nog. Voor de rest viel alles prima.

沒空調，但是也不是很熱，房間內設施齊全可以做飯。價格相對也比較便宜，門衞老奶奶人還挺好的，還可以，安特衞普市算不錯的酒店了

Great stay This place was exceptional from first setting foot in the place to leaving.. staff were wonderful and room was like a home from home

MOLD MOLD MOLD AND WATER MARKS ON BATHROOM CEILING! DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE SMELL! I TOOK A VIDEO OF THE MOLDS! ALSO, THE SMELL OF THE PLACE IS THAT OF A PLSCE THAT HAS NOT BEEN USED IN A LONG TIME! NO VENT AND AIR MOVEMENT AS WELL!!!!!!!!

I went into the room and it smelled so terrible. I just left the hotel and didn’t sleep there at all and booked another room elsewhere. Keep away

I liked the size of the room, and the location

Reception is 2 to 3 hours daily if you have an issue no one is there to help. Shower area was smelly & rough, No shower gel/ Shampoo we did buy our own. I had parking for 3 days but charged for 4 days which is rip off really. They mentioned this is their rule you have to pay for the parking for whole booking even you are not using. I would strongly not recommend this place for your family holidays. Thanks

Very Good for the purpase needed

Comfortable place to stay The stay was good. It was a studio apartment with good lighting. You also get some utensils to cook if you wish, a small refrigerator and a microwave, all clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, the blankets provided to us were not so wide and could only cover so much leaving some spaces on side. There is also ample storage in the wardrobe alongwith a bath tub and a separate toilet. Sadly, even the slightest sound or movie inside the gallery felt so loud.

Not a comfortable bed , not recommended!
