De eerste zonnige zaterdag.wil je rustig genieten van een wijntje met een hapje op terras.eerst na lang wachten zelf de menukaart gaan vragen.domme uitleg als je vraagt of er nog iets te eten kan besteld worden.menukaarten zijn gaan vliegen dus begint de verantwoordelijke met een niet al te fris voorkomen alles maar af te ratelen.na uiteindelijk onze drank te krijgen die voor de prijs van 15 euro per glas niet te drinken is.laatse keer en geen aanrader.

Les cocktails y sont très bons, mais un peu trop alcoolisés. La vue est magnifique et la terasse aussi avec vue sur le MAS muséum. Très agréable en fin de soirée. Malheureusement le service n’est pas au top, assez désagréable et pas très commerçant.

Excellent a tout point de vue. Emplacement avec vue sur le port, chambres bien insonorisees et agencees. Personnel tres aimable. Petit Dejeuner copieux et dans un cadre agreable. Je recommande vivement cet hotel et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

As always, great hotel in a perfect and beautiful location. Staff was awesome and breakfast delicious.

Not up to the standards, cleanliness issues When I booked my stay at U eat n Sleep I had high expectations because one tends to associate a 4* rating with a certain level of standards. Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing, and the underhanded reaction of the staff to my concerns broke the confidence I had in the place. The facts : the staff was friendly (although a little difficult to get a hold onto), the hotel is ideally located, and the rooms are generally very comfortable. The check-in experience was a bit too minimalistic for my taste but that's still fine.The real issue were the big oversights in the cleanliness of the room. At first I had only noticed the green goo that was covering one of the showerheads, before realizing that there were also leftover crumbs of tortilla chips on the floor, a piece of broken glass by one of the nightstands, a torn sheet on the bed, and other multiple spots of insufficient cleaning. Taken individually those details could have been forgiveable. But after notifying the reception about these various issues - which, quite frankly, are serious misgivings on the part of an establishment in the hospitality business which doesn't market itself as a youth hostel - it took the staff 2 days (and 3 complaints / sending pictures in total) for the room to finally get properly cleaned. After having taken so long to fix the problem, it would have been considerate of them to leave an apology note in the room, or to offer a drink, just something to make a guest feel welcome...
