The location is fantastic, right at the foot of Changbai Mountain, making it cool and comfortable in the summer – a perfect escape from the city heat. The public areas are elegantly designed; the lobby has a strong New Chinese aesthetic, and the tea break area is quiet and pleasant, great for relaxing with a cup of tea while waiting for transport. We received a room upgrade, and the bathroom materials were high-quality. The terrazzo walls looked sophisticated and durable, while the smart toilet and separate shower were clean and tidy. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the cleaning was meticulous with no unpleasant odors. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient. It's also very convenient for getting to all the scenic spots. This is definitely my top choice for a summer stay in Changbai Mountain; the environment is serene, the facilities are solid, and it’s comfortable for both travel and relaxation. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"I specifically booked a duplex room for my parents' trip. The location is great: about 500 meters from the transportation hub (around a 10-minute walk), and about 1 kilometer from the Chinese Merganser Park. There are also plenty of local specialty restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. We drove ourselves and were able to park right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The whole room was equipped with a smart system, but the AI assistant (Xiao Du) was a bit slow to respond. The soundproofing really isn't very good; we could clearly hear the sounds of people closing doors and walking upstairs next door. However, the front desk service was excellent in all aspects."

"I booked three nights in advance. It was probably mid-August during the summer holiday, and the average price was around 1500 per night. After staying for just one night, I decisively cancelled the remaining two nights. I chose this hotel because it was listed as a five-star hotel on Ctrip's luxury list and is a relatively new hotel, only opening in 2025. I figured with the ranking and being a new property, it couldn't go wrong. However, after one night, I realized the hotel doesn't even meet 5-star standards; it's more like a 3.5-4 star. The bedding had hair and unidentified objects, the bedside table was dusty, the toilet had urine stains, the shower water pressure was very low, and the breakfast from 7-10 AM was a complete mess. If you claim to be 5-star and charge 5-star prices, then please ensure your brand delivers 5-star standards and service. If you're just putting on a show and not improving management and service quality, then good luck in the future. Also, Ctrip should take responsibility for its real rating standards."

Parking was very convenient for those driving. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and there were also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. "At nearly 3000 RMB, frankly, the value for money was poor. The facilities were quite dated, though the location is convenient for accessing the North Slope of Changbai Mountain. Finding dining options required a 1.5 km trip. The hotel's design felt poorly thought out; having the bathtub right next to the head of the bed led to significant humidity. The biggest issue was the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, where urine stains from the previous guest were still visible on the toilet. On a positive note, the view from the window was lovely. Service was decent, with a dedicated chat group for guests and 24-hour availability. Overall, it was acceptable, but a price between 500-1000 RMB would be far more reasonable."
