The madam at front desk is friendly and helpful for all the transport we need, she will recommend us the local restaurant and book taxi for us. Room is clean as well. Recommended for all.

This is a family run business, who live on the property. Rooms are tidied every morning and the owners do a good job for keeping the place clean. Location is slightly inconvenient as it is about 1.5km from food. There are no restaurants or convenience shops nearby, and the hotel itself does not serve food. Service is excellent. The owners recommended a taxi driver whom we used during our trip to get around. They also gave us good advice on our lost phone.

Clean, tidy and friendly. 5 mins to arrive changbai mountian visitor center north slope. Abt 5-8 mins to reach a lot of restaurant, mini mart. Highly recommend

The hotel was easy to find (15 minutes taxi ride from the train station of North slope). The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to help us to book the tickets to the mountains. They also gave us some dried mushroom as farewell gift. Overall a very good staying experience!

We enjoyed our 3-nights stay here. Owners were very friendly and really helpful in providing tips. Location is great, located right opposite 美人松公园. Nice view from the room.

A fantastic experience with wonderful staff at ShiBai Cloud Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and very well presented. The lovely lady at reception organised a fantastic driver to pick us up from the train station. He was then available for us during our stay. He was extremely helpful and very very affordable. I highly recommend staying here. And should I be lucky enough to come back to Changbaishan I’ll be booking in here!

有接站服務，店家親切週到。房間設備新穎好用。飯店位置面對美人松公園，飯點前還有公交站，可以逛市區。也可請店家代叫車去景區。

房間很大很乾凈 還有一個榻榻米部分 很喜歡這個榻榻米 酒店出門就有公交車 去鎮中心很方便 酒店老闆人也特別好 很照顧我 下次來還會住這裏！

酒店非常乾淨寬敞，很漂亮，前三張就是窗外的風景，很綠。離北景區很近，打車十分鐘就到了，去高鐵站也很方便。我們到得很晚，老闆凌晨還等着我們，人很熱情。晚上非常安靜，很推薦！！！下次來還繼續住！

酒店在美人松公園對面，森林小屋的風格，我們住的民俗套房，窗外就能看到成片森林，房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，要不是行程更改還想再住兩天

訂的可以睡四人的炕，很舒服，也比較安靜，老闆人很好很熱情，位置也挺方便的，喜歡，下次還會再來

整體還不錯，老闆娘人很好，下次有機會來還會選擇她們家的，價格也合理，就是衞生間太小了，，感覺都蹲不下去。

酒店很乾凈，老闆人也很客氣。而且他們家有免費高鐵站的接站服務。酒店去長白山北遊客中心很近，下次來二道白河鎮還住他們家。
