"The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient for visiting other towns, but it's a bit far from the old town – about a 15-minute walk. It's even further from the port statue, around a 25-minute walk. There aren't many dining options nearby, but you can find a small supermarket at the train station. The hygiene conditions are just okay; the bathroom is not only small but also quite slippery, so you need to be careful entering and exiting. There are also too few power outlets, which is inconvenient. The air conditioning is decent, a bit old but gets the job done. When you get off the train, you don't need to exit the main station building; there's an elevator on your left. Take it up, cross the road, and you'll see a gas station on your right. Walk a little further to the right, and you're there. Google Maps was a bit confusing to follow."

Just because we are a two-star hotel does not mean that the carpet must be dusty, I'm not even talking about stains, that the bedding must be a toilet, or that the shower head must not work or that the air conditioning at 18 must be 25 degrees. Sir, you cannot consider yourself a professional by treating your customers like this. Customers, move on."
