The worst services I ever experienced
At the airport pick up, it was raining, the drivers did not even dare to look after the guests at the exit gate. Some random people ask if we have taxi booked and we responded that we have shuttle from Ibis. Then, they brought us to the driver outside. He was then busy arranging the baggage that are already in the car, with the back seats folded and left us outside wet under the rain pouring. the bags were moved in and out between cars. The checking went fine. there was no information of what I will expect in the hotel, what included in the booking, etc. Arriving at the room, the door was hard to open. the key did not work for quite longtime. the Hotel staff thought that my key was expired since it was held near a phone. After pushing with force, the door finally opened. One employee come back to return some staff for me and I have difficulty to open the door from inside. The room smells humidity so mu allergies kicked in immediately. one lampstand did not work. The internet is so bad. the water in the shower was very small. the rain at the airport is better than the water from the shower.
At the breakfast time, apparently, my room was booked without breakfast, while it was advertised during my booking that it is included. I asked if it can be included and I will pay. The reception team( 2 young ladies) said that they cannot change it. So I decided to move out to a better hotel. At 9am, they ask my room key if I move out while my room is paid until noon.
