One bellhop helped me with my luggage from the moment I arrived until it was in my room, and even explained the room facilities. Water: Two complimentary bottles of room-temperature water and two free bottles of iced minibar water are provided daily. Swim Towels: For swimming, you need to pick up separate towels from the -2nd floor. Losing a towel might incur a 10 Euro charge."

"A unique Ottoman-style hotel with a cozy courtyard. I stayed in room 16 on the ground floor (be aware of traffic noise and tourists chatting). It was a large room with a king-size bed with stone walls and a rug at the head of the bed. Three windows with blinds were provided. A refrigerator and hairdryer were included. I stayed in May, and the room was humid, slightly damp, and cool. Breakfast is in another building of the hotel. The buffet is modest. I recommend this hotel for a one-night stay."

"Excellent hotel and facilities. Close to the sea. Everything about the hotel is new, clean, and comfortable! We were greeted wonderfully and served two families of nine a late dinner. It was a delight! They offered coffee/tea and desserts. It was a pleasure. The rooms are new and quiet. The bathroom is nice and clean. The smells are pleasant, typical of an expensive hotel. That's important to me. The pool is cozy. The staff is super polite and helpful. We are absolutely delighted, and a huge thank you to the hotel team. We definitely recommend it!"

"I stayed at the hotel in early May 2026. The hotel itself is excellent, the food is also good, everything is clean and beautiful, and the staff is helpful. There are many different locations. There's a kids' club and a water park. Cleaning is good, and a bar is included in the price. There were no robes in the room, even though it was upgraded. There's absolutely nothing nearby, no shops, no pharmacies, just a bunch of hotels right next to each other. The beach area is very small, and there's a pipe nearby, apparently a drain, that drains right into the sea near the beach. But the pools are beyond praise."

"The hotel is really lovely, with an excellent location and good breakfasts. On the downside, the sun loungers on the beach were quite worn out, with peeling mattresses. And right next to them were brand new, plush ones that didn't belong to the hotel. It felt a bit like being a second-class citizen on the beach. Also, there were no shampoos, conditioners, or body lotions in the bathroom. This seems strange for a hotel of this caliber..."
