We needed a room for the night and was given one with poor hygiene standards and was told to clean the bathroom ourselves using a bleach and a towel. Couldn't use the toilet due to the filth. Bed sheets had all sorts of stains. We didn't stay and found an alternative place to stay.

Пробыли здесь неделю, номер не убирался ни разу, ничего не менялось. Сначала дали номер с грязной ванной комнатой, попросили поменять. Лучше бы не просили. Дверь в туалет не закрывалась, т.е. не просто не запиралась на замок, а в принципе дверь и косяк не совпадали. Ну и самое приятное - украденные деньги. Спасибо конечно, что не всё забрали.

We booked a hotel at a good price through the Obilet mobile app, but when we arrived after 2 PM, the hotel declared our reservation invalid. They claimed it was because of our arrival time, but this was clearly just an excuse. There was no indication of such a restriction provided during or after the reservation process. It was obvious that the hotel did not want to honor our affordable booking. This not only ruined our holiday plans but also caused significant inconvenience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

The hotel is in the center of Antalya. Nice, cozy rooms. Employees with smile on their face, love it! Definitely recommend. The rooms were clean, they are providing you with everything you want. They even have nice and relaxing garden back there.

Çok hoş bir otel.çalişanlar çok cana yakın.kahvaltisi mükemmeldi...şehiricinde olması çok büyük avantaj heryere çok yakın....fiyatlarda gayet uygun.birdahiki sefere tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel...herkeze teşekkürler herşey için.

Personeller, misafirlerine samimi ve özenli bir hizmet sunuyor. İhtiyaçlarınıza hızlı ve profesyonel bir şekilde yanıt veriyorlar. Otelin temizliği ve düzeni de takdire şayan. Otelin sunduğu kalite ve hizmet düşünüldüğünde, fiyatlar oldukça makul. Konforlu konaklama deneyimi için ödenen her kuruşa değer.

Oké voor de prijs. Grote kamers, gratis ontbijt en dicht bij het stadscentrum. Zielige service en onprofessionele, slape houding. Voor meer dan tien dagen geboekt is de kamer maar twee keer schoongemaakt in plaats van dagelijks. aangegeven maar te weinig personeel was de excuus. Denk niet dat ik iemand zou aanraden om dit hotel te bezoeken met incompetent personeel behalve de oude man van het restaurant. Ontbijt was een beetje oke. Pluspunt van het hotel de locatie.
