I recently stayed at Tu Casa Linda in Antalya with my parents, (senior citizens), and was utterly disappointed. This review is intended to caution future guests. **Arrival and Check-In:** Upon our arrival, we were surprised to find that the entrance road was closed for pedestrian traffic, forcing us to roll our luggage over 150 meters up a steep cobblestone path. To make matters worse, the check-in experience was far from welcoming. The sole staff member at the front desk rudely instructed the elderly members of our group to close the main door because the air conditioning was on, instead of offering them a seat or a glass of water after their tiring journey. **Room Conditions:** The rooms were a major disappointment.The ground-floor room for the senior citizens had a view far from the "garden view" or "city view" as claimed, but rather a view of what appeared to be a storage area. (pic uploaded) Our second room on the first floor was unbearably hot upon check-in because the hotel had not bothered to turn on the air conditioning. The wooden floor was chipped at the edges, creating a safety hazard, and the room light was flickering. **Service and Housekeeping:** The service at this hotel was downright frustrating. Not once did the staff offer to assist with our luggage. Housekeeping was practically non-existent. Despite being out of the hotel for 6hours, we returned to find that the trash had not been removed, the beds were unmade, and the towels had not been changed. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness and argumentativeness from a staff member named Hector. He was not just dismissive— but offensive. He claimed that since they don’t change the sheets every day, there’s no point in making the bed! Moreover, he argued that the hotel staff doesn’t know which rooms are occupied, even though the hotel has fewer than 10 rooms, and my parents room was just 10 steps away from the front desk! Instead of taking corrective action—Hector chose to lecture uson hotel management practices. This was particularly distressing as my elderly parents, who were tired and weary after a hot day, were left without a clean room to rest in. **Ambiance and Cleanliness:** Rather than being a charming boutique property, the hotel felt neglected and unkempt. At the front desk, guests are greeted by a chaotic mess of wires and cables, and as you make your way up the spiral staircase, you’re confronted with housekeeping supplies scattered around. (see video) These issues significantly detract from any semblance of comfort or relaxation one might expect from a hotel. **Breakfast:** The breakfast experience was another letdown. Although the elderly lady serving breakfast was polite and helpful, the spread was extremely underwhelming —just a simple platter of cheese, olives, some dry bread, and greasy eggs, which were only served if requested. Communication was a challenge, as the lady didn’t even understand basic Engl

Staffs were very friendly and the restaurant was operated by owner was awesome especailly spaghetti Carbonara - it's the best I've ever eaten before!! The owner was smiling at us all the time. Also, she was an exellant chef. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I moved to this hotel after a few nights in Antalya. I was able to sleep without street noise. Windows are effective. The place is great, cute, and serviced by wonderful staff. The manager (Tyfoon), servers, and chef are all welcoming and looking for opportunities to assist you. They allowed us a late checkout without a cost. I am surprised to see this place has very little review. I found it on site. Never look for reviews but I fully recommend it. Breakfast if quite good. Totalmente recomendado. El precio es justo y la calidad es perfecta. Nos quedamos all[i luego de huir de otro hotel vecino por el ruido y los precios. El gerente y el resto del personal es amable, profesional y servicial incluyendo la chef. No lo duden y visiten este lugar. Me sorprende los pocas reseñas que tiene este lugar. El patio es lindo igual que su chimenea. Su desayuno inmejorable.

I am glad that I stayed in TU CASA LINDA, I met very nice people that I consider them as a family to me ,very clean , excellent food ,excellent service, very safe and close to everything, I would definitely stay again, CHANEL, ZERHA, SAYHAN, FATMA, BURCU, ALIBEY, and off course my OZGAN, thank you for everything, you guys made my trip extra beautiful, very welcoming people willing to go out of their way to satisfy you, I am glad that I got to meet people like you, thank you all and hopefully I will see you soon!

Nice accommodation in centre of Antalya (Kaleici). Cosy place with around 10 rooms. Just next to all the restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and there is a large outdoor terrace. Excellent value for the amount you pay.

Kale içersinde bulunan Tu Casa Linda otel 2 gece oda kahvaltı konaklama hizmeti aldım.Kahvakti serpme seklinde verdiler.Son dere ve doyurucu ve lezzetli idi.Aksam yemek olarak Balık ve beyaz şarap sipariş ettim.Balik son derece lezzetli idi.Ayrica otel müştesine yüzde on indirim uygulanmaktadır.Fiyatlarina göre çok iyi performansa sahipler.Tavsiye edebilirim.Sicak bir atmosfer var.

Güzel ve keyifli, fiyat performans oteli. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve ilgili.Kahvaltılar çok lezzetliydi, klasik peynir zeytin tabağının dışında taze pişi, omlet sıcak ekmek ve poğaça da vardı.Restoranda Soba olması çok hoş bir hava katmış, içimiz ısındıTekrar geliriz

Turizm işi yapmış biri olarak çok beğendim. Odalar tertemiz, personel son derece güleryüzlü, yardımaever. Kahvaltısı efsaneeee…. Ekmeği bile kendileri yapıyorlar. Çiyalı ekmek muhteşemdi. Lokasyon olarak Kaleiçi’nde çok merkezi bir yerde. Akşam yemeğini de otelde alalım dedik. Yemek çok lezzetli , tabakların porsiyonu çok doyurucuydu. Teşekkür ederiz. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz

Все хорошо. Очень рекомендую для людей, которые не ожидают фешенебельного отеля в старом городе. Небольшие и уютные номера, хорошее обслуживание и замечательная кухня ( исключительно на вкус). Одно разочарование не смогли договориться о позднем выезде.

Отличное приятное место остановиться в старом городе: чисто, вежливо, вкусный завтрак. Расположен близко от всего, но место не шумное (что важно, иначе не уснете ночью вблизи от громких баров). Есть свой ресторанчик в отеле: тоже очень понравился :-)

pour notre dérniére nuit aprés un périple de 15 jours en turquie , et de retour à Antalya j'ai logé dans cet établissement . -emplacement : bon comme pratiquement tous les hotels de Kaleici , vous etes à qualques ruelles de la marina , des restaurants , des bars ... -l'hotel est une ancienne batisse aménagé en hotel , ne dispose pas d'asceneur , et à notre arrivée personne ne s'est proposé de nous aider à monter nos valises à l'étage ! -la chambre est propre , petite , ( normal à kaleici ) mais sentait l'humidité , la salle de bain est trés petite , le parquet grincait , il yavait des artciles de toilettes mais pas de bouilloire /café /thé . -l'hotel dispose d'un petit jardin attenant assez agréable ou la patronne vous offrira le the ou le café à votre check inn ( un geste que nous avons apprécié ) -avec la clef de votre chambre vous recevrez également la clef de la porte de l'établissement car le soir il n'yaura personne à la récéption , c'est pour cela d'ailleurs que nous avons été reveillés à 4h du matin par un des clients qui a probablement oublié ses clefs et qui a frappé à la porte comme un malade au moins pendant 15 minutes jusqu'a ce que qualqu'un l'entende . -le petit déjeuner dans cet hotel commence à 9h ! une haure assez tardive pour une base comme Kaleici pour les excursions , tours etc , nous avons informé la patronne que nous avions un vol à midi et que nous quitterons vers 8h30 cette derniére a promis un repas frois que nous n'avons pas trouvé non plus ! c'est le gentil jeune homme travaillant au restaurant de l'hotel et surpris de nous voir qui nous a préparé à la hate un café et un plat de fromage et des oeufs je le remercie d'ailleurs pour sa gentillesse . en résumé su vous voyagez avec un budget trés serré et que vous trouvez cet hotel à un bon prix prenez le , autrement passez votre chemain .

Gerçekten konumu, mimarisi, temizliği, misafir perverliği ile 5 üzerinden 5’lik bir otel. Kahvaltısı muhteşem, lezzetli ve kafi miktarda. Odalar çok büyük değil, ama ihtiyacınız olacak kadar. ( 2 kişi veya 1 kişi ) 5 yıldızlı bir otel de değil ama sıcak bir ailemsi bir atmosfer var. Kendimi hiç yabancı gibi biri hissetmedim. Kapıdan çıkıyorsun, çok kısa sürede her yere ulaşıyorsun, yat limanı, eski Antalya, Yivli Minare, Çarşı, Publar… Bir de Hakan var orada, mutlaka tanışan onunla. Çok memnun olacaksınız. İlk defa gidecek olanlara şimdiden iyi tatiller diliyorum. Kalın sağlıcakla
