Bad, avoid This hotel has no amenities besides wifi which actually works. Bar closed, external pool closed, indoor pool, sauna and gym are open, however construction is underway, so if you want to swim in a pool, you will have construction workers drilling holes next to you, plus there is no light, great right? Gym is full with staff( 5 or 6) who sits there and watch you. Cleaning, there is none. They have a poster saying every 3rd day they will clean your room, well that doesn't happen. At the end of the our 3rd day, 5 pm it is, we came from the beach and saw the room wasn't cleaned, no new towels, no tp, bins were full. We went down and told the reception the room wasn't cleaned, and she told us that it should have been cleaned and that maids wrote that on their sheet, however shortly after she said it was a mistake, as they cleaned our friends room who were leaving, but they also wrote down our room number, makes sense right? None the less she told it will be done the next day, and guess what happened? Nothing, no cleaning. So 5 days there, no clean sheets, no clean towels or toilet paper. Great service right??! For the price paid for this hotel, you can have 20 other hotels with balcon overlooking the beach and included breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't know whats the good part to be in, so I would recommend any hotel close to the beach, like above, for the same price you will have even nicer room, with breakfast and balcony looking at the beach, and not in your neighboors room
