Итак, я нахожусь сейчас в отеле Нирвана космополитан по концепции Ultra all inclusive. который позиционирует владелец отеля, как отель 5 + или лакшери. Однако все кроется в мелочах. Да у отеля хороший пляж, программа развлечений и кухня. Есть хороший сервис ассистентов гостя. Но самый провал отеля это номерной фонд. Он старый, реновация была со слов сайта, но на самом деле это реновация только системы кондиционеров, в нашем номер стандарт с темной дверью - реновированный, система была с плесенью, номер был грязный и пошарпаный. Раковина была с облезшей эмалью и пожелтела,старый фен. Уборка в номере - это застелить кровать, полы не моют, пыль не протирают. В итоге мы отсмотрели еще 4 номера и все они были с теме же проблемами. Данный отель не тянет по номерам на лакшери, к сожалению по клинингу и состоянию фонда это 3 балла. In english.
