Şık ve yeni bir otel. Konumu da iyi. Amoor beach ile anlaşması bizi memnun etti. Ancak kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımızı söyleyebilirim.

Hotel isymt super schön und neu. Aber der Service ist gleich null, noch nie sowas desintressiertes gesehen.

酒店位置不錯，離海很近，但是很吵 早餐不豐富，沒有辦法提供發票

The hotel makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed. And the breakfast is really Turkish style. The manager is really helpful and nice . It's good to have them in turkey. The staff will do their best to help. Whatever they will do everything to help.

The hotel is beautiful ⭐️ immaculate clean ⭐️ lovely staff ⭐️ very welcoming ⭐️. Above all Ahmet who looked after us from the minute we arrived until leaving was outstanding. What a lovely well mannered young man ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will definetly be back xx

Hotel lovely and clean, breakfast nice, bar staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Our room was cleaned every day. Pool lovely & warm plenty of sun beds for the amount of people that are staying at the hotel. The hotel is mainly used for people having some kind of treatment ie dental/cosmetic. My son was there having teeth done. Overall I’d say hotel 10/10 The area the hotel is in isn’t that great. It isn’t really a holiday place and not much round it. But 30 mins in a taxi your around the Lara beach area and the old town which is lovely. The only downfall about the area of the hotel you get lots of stray dogs. This doesn’t bother me as they are well looked after. The barking on the other hand is a nightmare. Kept me awake all night long. This might not bother you but it certainly bothered Me.

Lovely hotel Lovely clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Bed lovely and comfy , breakfast was plentiful and very nice, not much around the hotel but I came to relax and enjoy the sun, would definitely stay sgsin

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist super gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben wirklich versucht das Beste rauszuholen und alle notwendige Hilfe anzubieten. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt! Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und türkisch angehaucht. Im Hotel ist Spa mit Sauna und Pool kostenfrei nutzbar. Hamam ist kostenpflichtig buchbar, mit Kombination von Massagen, Sauna im privater Raum für 70€ pP. Handtücher kostenlos stehen zur Verfügung. Kleine Flaschen Wasser stehen ganztägig kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Strand ist nur 10min zu Fuß erreichbar- Strand Lara. Nachteile: WLAN Login loggt sich immer aus, sobald man das Zimmer verlässt, wodurch immer wieder eine erneute Eingabe notwendig ist, im Badezimmer rach es immer aus den Nebenräumen nach Zigarette, Mülltonne nur eine kleine.

Hôtel très mal situé loin de tout. Et dans une zone sinistre. Quelle déception. la seule qualité c'est l'accueil de cet hôtel. Quand nous sommes arrivés un groupe d'Anglais faisait la fête boisson alcoolisée il ne savait pas parler doucement il passait leur temps à crier et hurler. Notre première nuit fut une catastrophe ce groupe courait dans les couloirs à hurler crier et faire claquer leur porte en pleine nuit. Inadmissible que l'hôtel ne fasse rien du tout un peu de respect serait la bienvenue aucun savoir-vivre. Nous devions rester 7 jours au final au bout de 4 nuits nous avons dû partir tellement c'était insupportable. Ce même groupe faisait beaucoup de bruit sur la terrasse de la piscine en journée impossible de se poser pour se reposer. les pires vacances de notre vie... En ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner il est médiocre Pour ne pas dire juste horrible. nous avons attendu plus de 40 minutes pour avoir un expresso qu'on nous a facturé 5 € car il était 11h02 et que le petit-déjeuner se terminait à 11h 😂. Comment prendre les touristes pour des imbéciles.... Nous devions avoir Netflix cela ne fonctionnait pas, les personnes à l'accueil nous ont juste dit qu'il s'excusait pour se désagrément mais que nous pourrions pas avoir Netflix je vous laisse imaginer les soirées sans rien avoir à faire autour vous ne pouvez pas visiter c'est loin de tout le soir absolument rien les restaurants autour laisse vraiment à désirer. .... La wifi 'e fonctionne pas beaucoup.... A

The customer lift is faulty. I awaited for lift to come but it was stuck on my floor and doors refused to open so ysed staff lift. Another day called lift to floor 5 doors opened I went to walk in the lift wasnt level with the landing ilI banged my head inside the lift and landed on lift floor. Dazed another resident saw the accident came to my aid. A resident from room opposite said they had issues with the lift. Spoke to management. Kept asking to do accident report claimed they didnt understand. Showed photos of lift and my hand where id hurt it. They spoke in turkish and hovered around the lift in foyer. Other residents mentioned people had issues with that lift and staff not bothered. See my photos. Got nice bruise on my hand from the fall.
