During your time at our hotel, our team made every effort to assist you, including room view changes upon your request, providing an adapter despite this not being part of the standard room setup, and offering alternative solutions for your concerns.The music you mentioned originated from the beach bar area and was scheduled to end at 23:00, as communicated. Regarding the room odor, our housekeeping team was informed immediately; however, perfume was declined at your request. Your dietary concerns were also noted and addressed within the limits of our service policy.
