環境差，訂的家庭房，換成了兩間單人房，房間空調還壞的，弄了幾個小時。

I booked deluxe room with queen size bed. In fact I received single room with a small bed. Staff barely speaks English. I've tried to explain that single room is not what I've booked but all I could hear from them (through google translate from turkish) is that "at pictures on trip.com is the room with jacuzzi but they can't give me that room...". So I had to stay in a single room with a really sticky floors, dust, broken TV, dirty bathroom and walls. Doors are not soundproof so I didn't sleep since 3am because of constant neighbor doors slapping (every 2 minutes!!!) and people talking. I've skipped breakfast because of profound feeling of disgust to that place.

Amazing hotel very respected and amazing restaurant service and good cleanners and amazing lady at reception I would recommend this hotel

服務很好，交通也便利，早餐豐盛，竟還發現了部分中餐……超大泳池盡情玩耍……比較安靜，床非常舒服，🛏️非常舒服

The hotel is very beautiful, same as shown in the pictures, the bathroom nice although very old, the shower didn’t work properly. The staff quite welcomed

一般 浴缸大的驚人，但還好2張大床，同事出差可以分開住

Beautiful hotel Booked this hotel for 1 night and was amazed hiw beautiful it was. We had a private jacuzzi suite and it did not dissapoint. Only 15mins from the airport so conveniently located for us. We had nice meal on site in thr evening in their restaurant and staff were very friendly.

Can Adalya palace Hotel I am disappointed with this hotel. They had problems with electricity. With our stay the electricity went 3 times. Room weren’t clean until we complained. No tissue no napkins in the room. No info available for site seeing in the hotel. I wouldn’t go again to can adalya palace hotel.

Sıkıntılı ama dert edecek vaktim yoktu 1 gece kaldım , Personel ilgili , WC kokuyordu. Geç geldiğim için sorun etmedim. Ama eden çıkabilir. Duvar izolasyon sıfır.

Reception very helpful despite us being 5 hours late arriving. Left early next morning but bed comfortable and room clean. Would use them again
