La Villa Therese arvostelua

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Помогли снять машину. Близко к морю. Из минусов:петух орет и днем и ночью, не дает спать, матрас продавлен, иногда нет полотенец.

Отличное месторасположение, пляж, магазины, кафе все рядом. В номере есть все необходимое.

Удобное расположение. Пляж минут 5-7 через дорогу. В шаговой доступности много магазинов, аптека, рынок ( фрукты/овощи/свежевыловленная рыба, 2 тэйк эвэя ( в обоих вкусно). Автобусная остановка, заправка. Виллы две , старая и новая. Старая всего на шесть номеров с двумя спальнями, в новой одна спальня. Мы жили в старой, третий этаж, апартаменты #5. Есть все необходимое : фен, холодильник, стиралка, микроволновка, электро чайник, тостер, рисоварка и капельная кофемашина. На этой вилле есть духовка, на новой нет. Кондиционер в двух спальнях в каждой комнате вентилятор, кроме кухни. Кастрюли/ сковородки/чашки/тарелки/фужеры, столовые приборы, ножи всё есть. Минусы, тоже есть, но незабываем, что это три звезды 😆 Нет ни чего из средств личной гигиены ( шампунь, гель и т д ), полотенца только для тела и пляжные, нет для рук/ лица/ ног. Посуда грязная, плохо работает слив на кухне, плохой напор в ванной. Уборка , очень относительная. За 14 дней один раз поменяли постельное. Полотенца меняли, если приходили ( если правильно поняла уборка понедельник, среда, пятница). При бронировании от 4 дней бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, от 10 дней трансфер в аэропорт.

Отдыхали на Сейшельских островах, впервые заранее все спланировали , были отмечены все достопримечательности и маршруты на о.Маэ и на наш взгляд локация Анс Рояль самая удобная в шаговой доступности два пляжа , три «чоп шопа» , рыбный рынок , рыбный магазин , агрорынок , есть кафе и две точки с фастфудом , жили в номере 18 , отличный номер с балконом по стилю евро двухкомнатная квартира с кухней на которой удобно готовить полный набор посуды ( турку для кофе брали с собой , любим кофе ) , для приготовления еды никаких проблем , хозяин отеля Патрик очень радушный человек и его супруга всегда отвечали на любые вопросы и помогали советами , уборку осуществляла девушка из Филиппин просто прекрасно, идеально чисто , мы брали в аренду машину в номере практически не сидели , приезжали и то не всегда на обед , ужинали на балконе , внизу в первом корпусе есть гриль на газоболонном оборудовании , постояльцы семейные пары с детьми из России и Великобритании, несколько британских и французских пенсионеров , просто семейные пары. Отель апартаменты рекомендую, если полетим на Сейшельские острова то не задумываясь будем бронировать этот отель Патрик привет тебе от Константина и Татьяны

l’hébergement est très bien situé, il y a tout à proximité : pharmacie, petit marché, supermarché, poste, restaurant, poste de police, boulangerie ! la plage accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pied, est d’une beauté époustouflante ! anse royal est réputée une des plus belle plage de Mahé ! il y a un bus pour rejoindre Victoria la capitale, et l’aéroport est à 20 minutes en voiture. Le jour de notre arrivée un chauffeur est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport pour nous transporter à la villa et ceci gratuitement ( il faut séjourner au moins 4 nuit pour cette gratuité) Pour le transfert le jour du départ nous avons régler 34 euros ( ce qui est correct) Les petits appartements ont tout le confort, et il y a tout pour pourvoir cuisiner ou réchauffer un plat. le personnel est serviable et très sympa. je recommande la villa à 100%👍

Framboise The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms it is well located to several grocery stores and to the beach. The beach is a very good swimming beach with little surf and dip enough water. The beach restaurant offers good food and good service, has well has free beach’s chairs. They is also a good takeout place near by. The bus stop to Victoria is near by. The management is professional and friendly.

We had a very nice stay. All the staff made sure daily, that we all had a lovely time staying there. There are several shops just few steps away. The beach is very nice in Anse Royale. Few minutes ride from the airport. The apartments are spacious.

We liked that we were able to get this place at a good price for nine nights. It is perfectly located with many shops and restaurants around, and it is walking distance to the bus stop. The Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk. We took the bus twice but it was stressful, and so we decided to drive to the west side of the island. The owner was able to secure us a car rental service at a great price at short notice. We also had the buffett cooked for us, and it was so delicious and very well worth it. The trash was taken out daily and the place was cleaned periodically. We had no issues with mosquitoes or bugs. On the last day, the airline pushed our flight forward by 4 hours, and rather than have us sit at the airport waiting, we were offered late check out at a very reasonable price, which we happily accepted. This was a great place to stay and I took one star off from the area around the property rating just because a small piece of property adjacent to the villa was poorly maintained and the view from the street could be improved (it should be noted that the adjacent property belongs to someone else). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We did not regret our nine nights.

Appartamenti self catering grandi e dotati di tutti i confort ! Situato in una zona ben servita di negozi di vario genere,fermate autobus e direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia anse royal! I gestori dell' hotel gentilissimi e disponibilissimi sempre! Unica nota : il bagno del nostro appartamento era un po' datato andrebbe vivamente rimodernato! Pulizia appartamento 3 volte alla settimana! Del resto consiglio vivamente!!!

Stay at La Villa Therese with my wife and our daughter her husband and our young grandchildren, staff and management could not do enough to adapt our apartment to suit our needs, swooping out beds to suit and providing a travel cot for us. Even though it was self catering one of the staff for a small fee even cooked us a traditional Creole meal with the fish we caught during a fishing trip. There was free beach towels provided free of charge every morning apartments were clean and tidy when we had a couple of issues their maintenance man was prompt to resolve them. One great service provided was the apartment washing machine as with two under threes our daughter got through two or three sets of cloths a day per child.

Super endroit. Accueil parfait, très attentionné et souriant, appartement propre et bien équipé, a proximité de la magnifique plage Anse Royale. A proximité de nombreux commerces, restaurants. Qualité/prix vraiment intéressant pour Mahe. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Erittäin hyvä palvelu. Natalia ja Patrik teki kaikkensa sen eteen, että loma onnistui täydellisesti. Lentokenttäkuljetukset sisältyi majoitushintaan. Lisäksi Patrik kuljetti eri rannoille pienellä maksulla. Huoneeseen tuotiin tuoreita hedelmiä. Rantapyyhkeita sai lainata kuten myös snorklausvälineitä. Upea Anse Royal ranta vain 100m päässä! Lähtöpäivänä järjestyi toinen huone jonka saimme pientä maksua vastaan pitää lennon lähtöön saakka, vaikka lento lähti vasta puoliltaöin.Suosittelemme ehdottomasti tätä majoituspaikkaa!

Anse Royale est un très bon endroit pour loger lors de la visite de Mahe. Il y a des commerces un take away. Il est preferable d avoir une voiture. La place est belle et in peut se baigner à marée haute et basse

We really enjoyed staying at our apartment at La Villa Therese, all was so nice, new and clean and peaceful... and the girls at the reception were really kind. We recommend this place also for the position, you can reach the center of Anse Royale and the beautiful beach in a few minutes by feet.
