Our apartment (recently renamed O'Canal) has been completely redesigned and refurbished with high quality materials for up to 6 people on 55 m2. Parquet solid oak, exposed stone, wood paneling, old wood from the region, cement tiles old ... now make up this charming apartment.
It is ideally located in the heart of the historic city in the old town and 50 meters from the lake.
The entrance is on the famous Notre Dame, recently paved and pedestrianized.
Enjoy the close of the market (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday), shopping streets with the restaurants, stroll Pâquier, the Gardens of Europe, the bike path, beaches etc ... all within 5 minutes market.
Located on the 1st floor of an old house very atypical of Annecy, the apartment is exposed southeast.
A large wooden gallery of more than 12 meters above the canal with large windows, making it a unique property.
This listed historic wooden building, is a must to visit the city. We'll let you discover the story .... View photo facade above the canal and yellow bike (1st floor)
Upon entering the apartment you will love this gallery redesigned in a beautiful modern kitchen with interconnecting dining area that allows you to enjoy the sunshine and outdoor entertainment with the channel that flows under your feet .
It is composed as follows:
- 1 bathroom; with Italian shower, basin 1meuble oak
- 1 WC.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm x 190cm. Very good bedding 2017
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed of 90cm x 190cm. Very good bedding 2017
- A lounge with sofa bed 2 x a place with real mattress of 80 x 190,
flat screen 108 cm, sound bar Bose Bluetooth, Internet Fibre very high speed, SFR Box etc ....
And on the gallery, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, built multifunction oven, induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, built in dishwasher, fondue set, scraper etc ...
Included in your stay:

Linen: bed sheets, towels
Wifi via very high bandwidth fiber.
2 City bikes adult free in the inner courtyard. (Keys in the apartment)
Welcome and availability of a person permanently. For your car, the first underground car park of the town hall is 50 meters. Outdoor spaces are available in the district with a little patience and a few euros a day. Otherwise we recommend you leave your car in the area of Vovray Highway exit south Annecy (unlimited free parking). Then take the bus 7 or 4 to take you 3-4 stops at the train station (8-10 minutes walk from the apartment)
From the apartment:
- All shops within 2 minutes walk.
- Lake / City Hall / Thiou / Old Jail: 100 meters
- Garden of Europe, Le Pâquier / Castle: 200 meters
- The first beaches / Casino / 300 meters
- Bus stops 20 meters to the Semnoz in winter for skiing and summer to ride with the bikes.
- Station La Clusaz, Manigod, Grand-Bornand 35 minutes by car.
- Geneva 20 minutes by car
- Chamonix, Megeve, Italy and other location easily accessible in less than 1 hour
