Anna Haven, Cozy Family retreat

DO NOT STAY HERE – RUINED MY WEDDING WEEKEND I rented this property the night before my wedding for me and my bridesmaids. While staying there, I messaged the owner to ask if the next night was available and how much it would be. I never got a reply—just a surprise payment request through VRBO. Worried I had missed a charge, I paid it. Only then did I receive a message thanking me for booking a second night.I politely asked for a refund since it was clearly a mistake and we’d vacate on time. The management refused, claiming it was too late to rebook and they’d lose money. So that night, my maid of honor returned to grab her things and was locked out. The code was changed. Turns out, they had double-booked the property.We were stunned. Not only did they take our money and tell us no one else could stay there, but they booked someone else anyway, locked us out, and then had the audacity to threaten to call the police on us for “trespassing” on a home we paid to stay in.Her personal belongings—including her laptop and valuables—were still inside. The property manager was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone at a member of our party. We had to called the police just to get her things back.They later admitted they would refund me since they double-booked, but no refund ever came.This was hands-down the worst rental experience of my life and it happened on what should have been one of the happiest weekends of my life. Avoid this property and this management company at all costs.

Wedding Shower We had a wedding shower to attend and this house was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for any occasion.

Great house, quiet neighborhood.
