"The hotel shares compound with the Sheraton, we had difficulties to find reception since the taxi driver also didn't know the place. There was a congress those days and it was really annoying to use the lifts. We were told that breakfast was included, but on the first day they came with a bill for breakfast. After our complaint they included our breakfast, but we decided not to come to restaurant any more, it was a really unpleasant experience. Also we had to request maintenance to fix our AC, and room service was so late that we had to reject it one afternoon."

The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The spa center was also very nice and hygienic, although the only drawback was that one of the staff members there was a bit too strict. Nevertheless, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay there regularly in the future. In fact, we will be there again during the upcoming Ramadan holiday. Most importantly, I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist, Mr. Anıl, for his high-quality service, polite demeanor, and friendliness. I think such a good employee deserves a bonus. Looking forward to many more stays there."
