Clean and kind staff

İyidir konu bide güzeldir Bence oldukça iyi. Konumu iyi, temizliği iyi, personel iyi, odalar güzel ve manzara güzeldi.

Unfortunately the worst accommodation I ever came accross. The first room was extremely messy, filthy and looked like a construction site, there has been no cleaning, hairs and stains all over the place. I switched my room but the 2nd one was only offered a little better conditions, still hairs and stains of prior guests on the floor and in the sink. Though I booked 7 nights in advance, I only stayed one night as I felt extremely uncomfortable. All furniture was extremely used, bathroom got just painted and the red old tiles shined through. Cheap amenities were already used. Only the towels were clean. The staff were kind but they also did not try to do sth against the bad conditions in the hotel. Don’t get fooled by the average until good recommendations, the place is never a 4 star hotel. Barley better than a hostel. I checked out after one night wrapped up in towels not to touch the bed and stained linens. The staff did not care about my complaint and did not compensate any costs, so I wasted 350€. I tried to issue a complaint via Trip.com which got rejected by the hotel. I think Trip.com should provide better customer service in case hotels are just fooling their clients as the pictured rooms are not comparable with reality. Very dissatisfied.

206 numaralı odanın küçüklüğü ve havasızlığı daha öncesinde konakladığımız için eşimle beraber tekrar tercih ettik. ancak bu sefer verdikleri 206 numaralı oda bırakın iki kişiyi tek kişi için bile oldukça küçük ve havasızdı. odada valizlerimizi açacak yeri zor bulduk. yatak kenarında eşyalarımızı koyabileceğimiz sehpa yeri bile yoktu. temizlik açısından orta-iyi şeklinde değerlendirilebilinir. ancak verdikleri oda kesinlikle 2 kişilik olmamalı. bu konudan ötürü çok rahatsızız. tekrardan tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Elite suite Our reservation was the elite suite (601). Pros- bed was very large and comfortable, 2 split air conditioners, one in the main room and one in bedroom. Provided baby crib for infant (2 year old) at no extra charge. Staff is very friendly. Cons-The window curtains didn't black out the entire rooms, some light still shined through the sides. There was no door between the bedroom and the main room. There were no shower doors, it was just open meaning floor got wet after every shower. Which is why the bathroom floor was very bad, the wood kept squeaking wherever you step. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels(provided more upon request)
