I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel has a great location, close to major attractions and restaurants, which was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The cleanliness was good, but there were a few spots that could have been better attended to. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but it didn’t exceed my expectations either.

Staff were super friendly. Spacious rooms with large bed where 3-4 people can fit easily there is fridge and water can provided in the room. Only problem is narrow roads to find the hotel location

We thoroughly enjoyed our hotel stay! immaculate rooms, friendly staff, and a delightful ambiance made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a stay if you are staying near to anjuna beach.

The rooms were very neat, beautiful and clean. The owner of the property was also very kind. Good hospitality as well as service. Had not expected much but it is value for money rooms. Do visit if you want to stay in anjuna.

Owner gave us a room in his different property called new orange house which is approx 1 km away from da orange house. The room was horrible. Lizards on wall. No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes or towel, no network. Wifi was very very weak, owner's approach was pathetic. He should have informed us before hand that he has booked a room in a different property. We went walking all the way with all luggage from one property to another. The swimming pool they display in picture needs to be seen carefully, it's adjacent property.
