"The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10."

"The accommodation is very clean. The room I booked has a bathtub but no TV. There is a stream below the B&B where you can swim and swim. You can also catch crabs after dark, which makes the children very happy. It was very cool in the yard at night and there were no mosquitoes, which was the most pleasant surprise for me. "Travel: The hotel is very convenient, less than half an hour by taxi from the train station. There's also parking right outside the B&B for those driving 🚗. Service: 💯 Even before check-in, they thoughtfully recommended nearby places to eat, drink, and explore. Everyone at the B&B, including the cats and dogs, was incredibly warm and welcoming. (I absolutely adored the cat named Xiangguo, she was super affectionate!) I had read reviews before arriving that the owner wouldn't let guests carry their own luggage, and it was absolutely true! 👍🏻 The atmosphere for conversations was also very relaxed. Food: I had checked the weather forecast before coming and it showed rain, so I didn't plan on eating out. The food at the B&B did not disappoint at all! The auntie's cooking was excellent; it was home-style food that was both light and flavorful. I highly recommend Jian Su for anyone looking to relax and unwind 🌳"

"I arrived on a rainy day, but the scenery was beautiful. Staying in a thatched hut in the tea mountains was so relaxing. Our butler, Leo, provided excellent service; he even planned our route before we checked in and asked if we needed to book anything in advance. We rowed a boat ourselves and enjoyed the hot springs. The hygiene could use some improvement, especially the sink mirror, showerhead, bathtub, and bedding."
