"This hotel was a last-minute choice for our family trip to Zhongnan Baicao Garden the next day. Being a new hotel, the room was quite spacious and the facilities were relatively new. However, the location is inconvenient, as it's situated in an auto parts city. You'll need a car or a taxi to get around for food or shopping. Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the auntie at the noodle station had a poor attitude and service. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I chose this castle hotel for my trip to Hello Kitty Park with my daughter, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel itself looks like a grand European castle and is incredibly photogenic from afar. There's an exclusive connecting bridge from the hotel's second floor that leads directly to the park entrance, saving us a lot of unnecessary walking. The facial recognition entry system, combined with the two-day unlimited park access package, was incredibly convenient and well worth the price. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially one particular lady. Her service was absolutely amazing and so friendly. She even upgraded our room, and we had a fantastic view of the Ferris wheel from our window – it was absolutely stunning at night! Seeing that we only bought one two-day pass for our child, they generously gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast. It wasn't expensive, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. We also received an exclusive hotel badge as a gift, which my daughter loved so much she wanted to wear it immediately, even before we entered the park. I had read reviews saying that food delivery wasn't an option, but we found out that's not true! There are robots downstairs that deliver food to your room. We ordered twice, and both times a robot delivered our food right to our door. Each robot even had different IP character stickers! You just get a call to your room when they arrive, open the door, and grab your order. There's also a QR code on the table in the room. If you need more water or toiletries, you can simply scan it, and a robot will deliver them, or you can contact the front desk. It felt like having a personal butler, the service was excellent. Some reviews mentioned the rooms feeling a bit dated, but considering the hotel is already ten years old, I think it's very well-maintained. As long as it's clean, tidy, and the service is good, that's all that matters to me. The first and second floors of the hotel are a dedicated activity area, with restaurants, a Hello Kitty themed room for photos, and a gift shop. So, if you don't get enough Hello Kitty photos in the park, you can definitely get them at the hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel."

It perfectly incorporates elements of Anji's bamboo, tea, and traditional Jiangnan courtyards. Staying here for a few days is a wonderful experience of traditional culture and art. The infinity pool, gym, and kids' club are all great, and the service is very attentive. The hotel breakfast is also superb, especially the white tea waffles, which are quite unique. The cold brew white tea offered in the lobby is absolutely fantastic!"

"A friend recommended this place, saying it's hassle-free for families with kids. And they were right! The room was spacious, and my kids loved the family-friendly decor. They especially enjoyed the bunk beds and the tent, fighting over who got to sleep where. The staff were very patient with the children, and they even gave out stickers during check-in, which kept my child happy for ages. Plus, breakfast goes until 10 AM, so no need to rush – perfect for late sleepers like us. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Anji."

"I've always been a loyal fan of Kaiyuan Group, and this stay was truly wonderful. Due to the typhoon, we ended up eating and staying entirely at the hotel. First off, Yun Gu Dexin Hotel is exceptionally clean. What's more, the staff were incredibly caring and patient, making us feel right at home. The young man at the front desk was also very dedicated. Because of the typhoon, I called to check on taxi availability. They not only upgraded our room but also advised me not to take the parked taxis, suggesting a ride-sharing service would be cheaper. Finally, when we checked out, my child's smart watch was left behind at the hotel, and the front desk staff at post number three arranged for free shipping for us. Despite the typhoon, we had the whole pool and ping-pong area to ourselves, which the kids loved. And after the rain stopped today, we even took a walk around the hotel's Zhiji Countryside, where the air was incredibly fresh and healing. When we encountered a minor issue with a dish during lunch at the hotel, the manager promptly helped resolve it. I also really liked the connecting corridor; sitting there was very relaxing. It truly felt like a complete vacation experience. The view outside the room was absolutely stunning, and we received complimentary welcome fruit both days. Traveling alone with my elderly parents and child was hassle-free. Everyone had a relaxed, pleasant, and leisurely three days despite the typhoon."

"I delivered my clothes to your 7th-floor laundry room around 10 PM. I checked back around 11 PM, and your female employee said they'd be dry in 20 minutes. I went out for a bit, and when I went back to pick them up around midnight, your male employee said the clothes were in the wrong basket and accidentally put back in for washing? He said he'd wash them and bring them back? I called your front desk around 1 AM, and they said the female employee hadn't put my clothes in the washing basket, as if they were shirking responsibility. Am I supposed to determine who's at fault? Let the customer decide! Then they said you only have one person on duty that night, and the clothes would be delayed. I went to the laundry room to dry them around 1 AM, and they dried until 2 AM. When I picked them up, there were clothes from some unknown customer mixed in with mine. Is this how you operate? So disgusting! Can't you train your staff properly before putting them on the job? This is a terrible service experience; a negative score. And the next morning, they had the nerve to ask how the experience was? I'm going to file a complaint! The following photos show items belonging to one of your customers that were washed with my clothes!"
