Our butler, Leo, was very responsive and promptly met all our needs. It's perfect for a getaway. However, we booked the 'Su Pu' which is up on the mountain, and getting around relies entirely on the shuttle bus. It might be better to stay at 'Shanshui Residence' below, as the main attractions and dining areas are all in that zone."
