Serita Beach Hotel

Een prima resort hotel maar voor ons te druk/massaal. Kwaliteit van t eten kon beter. Tevens soms smalle paadjes bij het buffet waardoor men elkaar in de weg loopt. Duivenpoep op het balkon (werd wel elke dag schoongemaakt), badkamervloer was niet gedweild, luide muziek bij het zwembad.

The hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. The building is dated with basic rooms (though the beds/pillows were really comfy). The small beach was pretty, but you could not get into the sea, due to the rocks. The pool/outside area was nice, with comfortable sun beds, but the water was freezing and there was no lifeguard/pool staff at all. Sadly, the food at the buffet restaurant was quite poor and some of the warm plates didn't work, so some food was cold. Also, the drinks were awful. Watered down fizzy drinks and depending on which dispenser you obtained your water from, it really varied in taste, to the point that some wasn't drinkable. The separate restaurant had a much better standard quality of food, which you were able to book 3 times within the week and alternated between Greek, Italian and Adian. The kids loved the creperie by the pool. The entertainment was variable and mostly enjoyable but the room itself is not set up is disjointed and they would leave thd lights on whilst shows were going on.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is advertised by TUI as 5* hotel, yet it shouldn’t have even 4*. Food is quite bad, flavourless, mildly warm. Hotel beach is small and badly maintained, permanent red flag and pipes (sewer?) coming straight to water. Furnitures old (and I mean like 20 years old), fungus on ceiling, falling paint on the walls. Just no.

Accueil et personnels très agréable. Verre de bienvenue dès l'arrivée. Les chambres familiales sont spacieuses et bien aménagées mais salle de bain vieillotte. Ménage fait très rapidement. Chambre au calme. Le restaurant principal est vraiment top. Les plats proposés changent tous les jours. Y'en a pour tout le monde on s'est régalé et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons mangé dans les trois autres restaurants proposés (Asia,grec,italien) mais nous avons préféré le restaurant principal. Gros point négatif sur les paniers repas par contre. Le bar à crêpes excellent avec des crêpes et gaufres fait maison. Le bar à cocktail propose des cocktails franchement pas top dommage.

séjour du 8 au 19/10, nous avons été accueilli par Tiphaine de la FRAM (très professionnelle, un grand merci) , personnel de la réception très agréable et souriant. Un personnel trés gentil que ce soit au restaurant principal, aux 3 restaurants à la carte, au bar de la piscine, au pool bar ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Une équipe FRAM AU TOP.... Pour ce qui est des critiques sur le restaurant principal, il faut vraiment arrêter..... nourriture très délicieuse et variée, beaucoup de choix, à croire que certains touristes notent les hôtels que sur ce point.... hôtel très bien situé pour profiter de cette magnifique île. Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour Un grand merci également à la Direction pour le cadeau dans nôtre chambre (433) très touchant... Je recommande vivement le SERITA BEACH
