Mitsis Cretan Village arvostelua

Un très bon accueil avec le club Coralia et son équipe toujours à disposition et souriante. Le Mitsis Cretan Village est le lieu idéal pour visiter les environs (Heraklion, Hersonnisos) tout est à volonté avec des restaurants et bars ouverts pratiquement 24/24, crêperie, pizzas et cocktails. Plusieurs piscines et animations en journée et soirées. Chambre nettoyée régulièrement. Bravo au personnel !! Une équipe française à disposition pour tout renseignement utile. Un bémol : le café pas terrible.

Excellent séjour dans un ensemble magnifique avec du personnel qualifié et dévoué. Nous avions une chambre avec vue Mer La nourriture est très correcte et les animations contribuent à rendre le moment encore plus sympathique Je recommande vivement

Super lovely food and very friendly staff. We’d definitely recommend and come back! The pools are large and bar staff are very happy to help in any way they can, it’s so nice being so close to the beach also! Having pizza on tap all day is a great bonus too

We booked this resort off the back of the reviews we read, and they were spot on. Incredible value: food and drink available literally around the clock; choice of pools and beach areas; the most friendly and helpful staff imaginable. We booked the most basic room, which was perhaps a little tired, but exceptionally clean. And the bed was super comfortable. A vast choice at each meal time in the buffet restaurant. Some dishes better than others, but easy to find delicious things every day. My one piece of feedback is about the wine. It is obviously very cheap, and I would love the option to pay more to upgrade wine! But we will be back. No doubt. Thank you to all the staff!

Beautiful hotel with lovely views. Lots of areas to sit and have drinks / eat. Large bar with evening entertainment. Plenty of sun loungers. Food was generally good. Nice selection with theme nights ie Italian and speciality restaurants to give variety. Accommodation clean with refilled mini bar. We had a bath and shower in our room. Toiletries provided. Quite a few steps / hills. Staff good. Guest services used to sort minor issues / ask questions. Spa good but off site. The only downsides were people smoking in bars / around pool so choose where to sit carefully. Mixed nationalities using hotel.

Très bel hôtel et personnel très agréable, chaleureux !! La nourriture est excellente et il y a beaucoup de choix ! La plage est avec un accès direct et privée! Seul défaut, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées et très froides! Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais un peu bâclé au niveau des poussières par terre, mais sinon bien quand même ! Nous avions une vue sur les jardins et c’est très joli et bien entretenu . Il y a le responsable du club Coralia qui s’appelle Paul, il est super, toujours là pour vous aider! Un grand merci à toi Paul !

For most, this is the most pleasant hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel grounds and the buildings stylised for traditional Cretan houses are simply beautiful. Plenty of great photo opportunities even without leaving the hotel. The room was clean, functional and the traditional vibe effect made it somewhat special. We had the best welcome, with an electric cart lift from the reception to our room. And in general the hotel staff was just fantastic. We also appreciated the layout where each part of the hotel had a local swimming pool and bar, which meant that we shared these facilities with fewer guests. Direct access to a nearly private hotel beach that, unlike in many other resorts, is not situated by a road. However, we were rather disappointed with the food. There was definitely a lot to choose from, and it wasn't bad, but it also wasn't the usual delight of the Greek cuisine. I have the impression that the quality of ingredients was rather basic and the food was often bland. Believe it or not, there were no olives to be found and the Greek yoghurt was worse then the stuff I buy in the UK. Tomatoes also not much better, and so on. Quite a few dishes on several days were overly salty (and it comes from a person who uses salt more than he should) and a lot of deserts were super sugary. There were a few nice exceptions and I highly recommend booking a couple of dinners in their a'la carte restaurants.

Hôtel magnifique, très belle chambre, animations chaque soir au bar sans compter celles de la journée aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Le personnel est vraiment agréable, souriant, discret, notre gros coup de cœur malgré tout va pour Nagy 😍 notre barman préféré, cette très belle personne au grand cœur avec le sourire à chaque instant, malgré certains clients pas toujours sympas 😤, il se débrouille dans beaucoup de langues et cherche toujours à apprendre encore et encore !!! Impossible de passer nos journées sans aller le voir, le rayon de soleil par excellence ☺️ Nagy tu resteras dans notre cœur à tous les deux ♥️

Everyone was so happy and pleased to help, I have never been to a hotel where all the staff are happy and smiling. Even without giving a tip, the food was amazing for 4 star and the rooms was clean and bed was comfy. The pools are clean and there are lots of them to pick from, With lots of sun loungers. bars was good service in main bar was slow at busy times. But would be back and would recommended to my family I take videos of hotels if you would like to see follow on. This is great for family’s and couples and groups of friends looking to chill, local town is short taxi. The people in Crete are so nice. We be back.

The staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are all very clean and well maintained. The food is lovely and a great variety. Would 100% recommend to anyone. A very safe welcoming place. I would definitely come back. The drinks have a great variety and are good quality.

Emplacement de l’hôtel super avec de très belle chambre, ainsi que de nombreuses piscines et mini bar, le service et impeccable et de nombreux choix de repas, l’ambiance le soir et super avec chaque jours un nouveaux groupe de musique et les cocktails sont sympa !

Très belle endroit seul petit bémol piscine un peut froide en cette saison pour le reste personnel ,repas et qualité de vie excellent . Les excusions sont magnifique notamment la balade en 4x4 et La visite a spinalonga . Les soirées sont bien animé, bonne ambiance .hotel au top

Pour résumer en un mot SUPERBE ! Animation club Coralia Top, accueil et personnel très agréable et toujours souriant. Restauration variée, les 2 restaurants à la carte sont à faire absolument, on y mange encore mieux qu’au restaurant principale, avec des vues époustouflantes. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. De nombreuses piscines avec des transats toujours libres, ou au bord de plage avec transats également Emplacement idéal. Village très dépaysant. Nous avons fais quelques excursions très agréables. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très bon accueil, service au top, chambre calme avec terrasse dans un coin calme, buffet très sympa. Superbe ambiance. Seul bémol, dommage que les piscines ne soient pas chauffées car froides en cette période de l’année. Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et très agréable. Hôtel à conseillé
