There are large floor-to-ceiling windows behind the TV cabinet and next to the small table next to the bed, and the view is very good. The sound insulation is also good. "I went to Suzhou on a business trip and chose Hilton. The environment was similar to other Hilton hotels, but the service was not up to par. I checked in at 10 pm and there were not many guests in the off-season. I asked the front desk if there was a charger, but they said no, they didn't provide it. A five-star hotel doesn't provide charging cables? I've stayed in so many five-star hotels. This is the first time I've heard that. Secondly, there were no handbags in the room (I had my own belongings and clothes to take away). I called the front desk and was told that the handbag supplier didn't provide them. There were laundry bags in the cabinet that I could use... When I checked out, I asked about my stay experience: This is not a good experience. After all, you are under the Hilton brand, but the service awareness did not make me feel very good and enthusiastic. The only thing that made the service experience better was that after I put my things away, the welcoming guy at the door opened the car door for me and said goodbye politely."
