Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Erstklassiges Frühstück. Das Abendessen im The Restaurant hat uns enttäuscht. Die Präsentation der Speisen ist gesucht. Qualität in Ordnung. Preis Leistung unbefriedigend. Grosse Auswahl von feinen Weinen im Offenausschank. Preise eher zu hoch. The Japanese ist hervorragend. Eine Reise wert.

Ich schätze, dass ich in den letzten paar Jahren das sechste Mal die Junior Suite gebucht habe. Dies weil THE CHEDI mein liebstes Hotel in der Schweiz ist. Beginnt bereits beim herzlichen Empfang. Überhaupt werden wir im Hotel von allen MitarbeiterInnen liebevoll betreut. Mir gefällt die Mischung Alpin und Asian im Zimmer und in der grosszügigen Lounge. Vom SPA will ich schon gar nicht ins Schwärmen kommen. Natürlich haben wir einen Tisch im The Restaurant gebucht. Immer wieder lecker. Und am Abend darauf leisteten wir uns das Menü im The Japanese. Ich werde diesen kulinarischen Höhenflug nie vergessen. Fotos in meinem Handy zeugen davon, weil das Auge bekanntlich mitisst.

Great place for a family to stay whilst enjoying the alps. Kids are very welcome with and the hotel has a great kids club with well curated kids activities. Nice breakfast, however I missed to traditional Bircher Müsli. Pool area indoor and outdoor are great with attentive staff. The hotel's skibutler is always at hand and very helpfull.

Wir waren einmal mehr sehr begeistert! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Dinner im The Japanese. Service, Essen und Getränke haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Ein Traum! Leider waren wir nur kurz zu Gast, aber es hat immerhin für eine Massage gereicht. Marietta hat es wie üblich hervorragend gemacht. Wir haben den nächsten Aufenthalt bereits geplant!

Wir haben einen Kurztripp im Chedi gebucht. Von der Buchung bis zum Checkout hat a) alles geklappt und b) war das Personal wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück der Hammer. Toll, dass es Matcha Latte zum Frühstück gibt. Etwas, was 99% der Hotels nicht anbieten. Die Liebe zum Details und Deko macht dieses Haus besonders. Ja, es hat seinen Preis, ist aber jeden Franken wert und eine Herzensempfehlung, sich das zu gönnen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

De l'atmosphère en passant par le service, tout était parfait. Tout petit bémol, ma femme ne parlant que le français, aucun interlocuteur francophone pour la renseigner. Hormis cela, l'ensemble du séjour à été mémorable . Merci à tout le staff

Truly, one of the best hotel I have visited so far. The staff is incredibly kind, polite and attentive to all guest needs - a real five star service. The design of the hotel is charming and the rooms are functional and well appointed. The SPA is good; if kids get noisy, there is a separate adults only area downstairs (do not miss it!). Food offering is also interesting with lots of options plus fine dining at The Japanese. Cocktails and bar service are top notch. Like everywhere, you can spot minor things to be improved but overall a great stay well worth the price.

Expérience magnifique! On s’y sent comme des rois et reine. Personnel au petit oignons et très efficace! Parfait pour une pause en amoureux, sans les enfants! Prévoir des chaussures de marches ou de skis car peu d’autres activités dans les environs.

Séjourner dans cet hôtel est un bonheur pour les sens, et en particulier pour celui de la vue, car le moindre détail a été soigné. Tout est mis en oeuvre afin que les hôtes passent le meilleur séjour possible. Que ce soit à la réception, au bar ou au restaurant, le personnel est très compétent et surtout très sympathique.

Amazing stay at The Chedi Andermatt. The hotel is worth all the superlatives! Rooms, SPA, prestations, service are all at the level of world class hotels. This is however less true for the restaurants and bars in general, but especially for the restaurant The Japanese at Gütsch.
