The hotel is ok but the sheets should have been washed and cleaned. The staff were ok but not very customer friendly. Has to request them to help carrying my luggage to the third floor. The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a shopping complex and entry and exit is behind the complex which is not at all friendly if you have a log to luggage

The room seems to be excellent and the staff all were well coordinated and serving really good. Rooms have proper ventilation and have much enough space to be in. Serving break fast on time. Iam enjoying my time in hotel tgs

1. They were having electricity issue. It was gone 4-5 times. Generator was also under maintenance. 2. They allotted normal room although the booking was for delux. Although they provided as i informed. 3. The water bottle was already open which was given inside the room. 4. They haven't provided towels, till i asked. 5. Room was also average not that much good.

The location of hotel tugs is in the center of vallabha vidhyanagar and you can easily get transport facility to go anywhere in anand and vidhyanagar. The breakfast is good provided by hotel as complimentary. The option for lunch and dinner is chinese and north indian food which is good. Still there is room for improvement for noise issue. The rooms are not that sound proof so that outsides noise cannot affect you in the room. Overall the location, facility and staff behaviour is good.

Hotel tugs is a good budget hotel. Hotel room where clean and hygienic, parking is available, haven't tried food there.

The staff didn't respond as it was expected. Arrogant behaviour and during the evening at 10 pm asked the staff to boil the milk for me. He denied upfrontly.
