Hotel situé en plein centre. Réception ouverte 24h/24 avec une bonne sécurité. Le personnel est top. Les lits sont confortables, petite salle de bain privé mais qui suffit amplement. Les chambres sont propres et ont le nécessaires ;tables miroirs, tabourets) Les escaliers sont raides mais ce n’est pas un gros problème.

An uncomfortable ice box. The only words to explain my 1 x overnight stay in February. The location is perfect. The staff, pleasant. The room - tiny! The bed - hard and uncomfortable The heating was not working - it was 2 degrees outside. I approached reception twice about the issues and they told me “it will be on soon”. Soon never happened, and all night I was frozen. It’ll do for a one night cheap stay. But certainly not longer

The staff are all high. Housekeeping do not care nor turn up. Bed sheets have stains, both blood and bodily fluids... Bathrooms have mold. Shower pressure is nonexistent and temperature fluctuates between boiling hot or freezing cold with no adjustment to the temperature nobs. Guests scream and bang on the walls at night. Guests attempts to come into your room and knock through the night. Dead insects all over the room. Only positives is the location, which although rough, was convenient and the beds were relatively comfortable.

Excellent location within minutes walk to the city centre. Ideal for a short city break as it's near to Centraal Station. Staff friendly and helpful. Stairs is quite steep when travelling upstairs and the area can be noisy at night time with people on the street.

We checked out early as it was so bad. My partner and I are okay with basic but this hotel/hostel was awful to stay in. The room we were in was the last one and the stairs were a nightmare. The room smelt so awful that my un worn clothes smelt of the hotel. Luckily we found another hotel on our last day of visiting Amsterdam. The beds were also tiny and very uncomfortable. Hallways were noisy and the list could go on. I'm never usually the one to complain but would not recommend staying here.

Ostello trovato trovato completamente diverso dalle recensioni.... abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in una camera con 4 letti singoli e bagno privato, ok non era grandissima, ma in un ostello a certi prezzi non puoi pretendere molto. Accoglienza e check-in rapidi, camera già pronta alle 12, pulita e profumata. Possibilità di deposito bagagli e utilizzo delle macchinette per bevande e snack a prezzi sotto la media. Ottima posizione, personale cordiale e nessun problema di alcun tipo.

For being a 1 star hotel, it really wasn’t bad. Location is 10/10. ＜5mins walk from Train Station, RLD, Shopping Centre, bars, coffee shops etc. Shower is outdated but does the job. Hallway didn’t smell great, BUT, the room was fine. Beds were comfortable enough Does the job really. Especially if you’re a group/couple of girls or lads. And all you need is a room to sleep and clean. It’s fine really

Hotel in pieno centro, le due stelle sono proprio per la posizione, purtroppo molto scarso di tutto, igiene, struttura… Inoltre le pulizie della stanza ci sono solo ogni 2 giorni… la struttura è anche bisognosa di parecchia manutenzione. Almeno il personale è gentile. Se avete bisogno per una notte è ok, oltre no. (Portatevi phon e bagnoschiuma in caso)

Lo unico bueno del hotel es la ubicacion. La ducha bastante incomoda. Las camas muy pequeñas y la calidad de los colchones regular. Solo te dejan 2 toallas de baño x lo q usas esas para todo xq no hay toallas pequeñas para las manos. La parte de atras da a una calle llena de bares x lo q hay bastante jaleo hasta las 5am aproximadamente, recomiendo que te lleves unos tapones para dormir, sino es imposible. Los trabajadores de recepcion amables y serviciales. La ubicación es excelente. Puedes moverte a pie xq esta cerca de todo. Pienso q al hotel le ha e falta una reforma
