Absolutely amazing stay, very helpful staff, convenient location, good transport service. Room was very clean & staff were very kind.

Good large room with decent bed, though a bit hard. Very clean and close to good restaurants. Quite nice breakfast and within walking distance from metro.friendly staff

Don't understand why the city tex is much higher than othet hotel. Drain hole was blocked and water is not able to be flushed. Feel poor quality. Never wanna stay again. Worst experience.

Last time I did not like the room I got. When I checked in this time I said I was disappointed with the room a couple of months ago. Then this time I received a lovely room on the 2nd floor because I told them I wanted a room as low as possible. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The situation of the hotel for me is excellent and the best thing they have a garage. The temperature in the rooms could have been warmer. During summer the air-conditioner could not be shut down.

Really good but expensive too, for the location. There is a bus stop right at the entrance of the hotel, with few buses running per hour, that will take you to the train station.

overall is clean and nice stay!

Late arrival and the room key did not work after loading it twice after that I was given a fully adapted disabled room in stead of a standard room. Breakfast is good but after waiting for 15min in the dining place at the hotel no service was offered.

Service was too bad. When we first arrived at the hotel for checkin, they say that booking was not found on their system and it nearly an hour for them to find our booking information. Even though we paid tax on the day 1, they have asked us to pay it again as they couldn’t find the transaction it seems (luckily we had the invoice copy). Felt like they don’t listen to customers properly.
