Hotel Okura Amsterdam – the Leading Hotels of the World arvostelua

The room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.

It's our final destination of our trip and super happy we chose Okura hotel. Felt welcomed by the reception after long trip. Strongly recommend.

房間乾淨整潔，日式服務細緻周到，風景很好。位於阿姆斯特丹本地人區域，安靜安全。樓下的米其林一星日料值得嘗試。

-酒店位置鬧中取靜，門口有公交到達熱門景點 - 我們住的一層是新裝修的，風景很宜人 - 房間和洗水間都很大，電子馬桶 小小缺點：第二天酒店忘了打掃房間 推薦！

我們定的是家庭房，兩個房間聯通，面積還可以，還給免費加床給孩子睡。服務在歐洲的話，堪稱完美，打掃及時，響應快速，餐廳好吃。除了貴，沒有毛病。住了四個晚上，吃飯吃了一萬多～還沒有吃的很誇張哦哈哈哈～客房服務都是好吃的，量少，品質佳

喜歡De pjip區 雖然荷蘭妖風特別大 但是去會展中心的真的特別推薦這家酒店

To expensive as i pay £282 pounds for booking a room when i check in then they charged me another £116 pounds they said that's for local council that hotel is a ripe of and breakfast is about £35 pounds.

It is a very good hotel. Big rooms. Space is the best vs down town.

房間還可以 淋浴房密封不好。早餐的米飯很硬。作為日系酒店這個不應該出現。

這個酒店，一句話不值這個價。有運動場，桑拿，和游泳池。設備還説得過去。交通也方便，走5分就有地鐵和有軌電車。治安也不錯，正好遠離了*******。房間佈局也還可以。 僅僅如此，不要期待5星級的服務，雖然有會説日語的服務生，也就起起到作為亞系可能不會遭受惡意歧視的安慰。 離譜的價格讓所有都變得黯淡！這個價格在airbnb可以租到至少70-80平米的房子。建議遊客在萬不得已的時候作為最後的選擇。 尤其早餐的米飯鉛彈一樣乾硬，家人吃出了胃病。 ありていに言えば場所が有利すぎてそれに胡座をかいている感じ。

The hotel was great! The staff was very nice and helpfull! I would definitely recommend it. The pool and sauna were nice. I will be definitely returing.
