Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Arena Towers, an IHG Hotel arvostelua

Goede service bij de balie. Kreeg de mogelijkheid om eerder in te checken (11:00) zonder extra kosten als ik member zou worden van het hotel keten. Helemaal prima toch!

房間比較小 周圍高樓林裏但比較荒涼，黑妹前台比較傲慢不耐煩 服務衹能給差評 進大門直行是假日酒店前台 進大門左轉上二樓是假日Express 前天 ，我們訂的是假日Express，進門直接去了假日酒店的前台，黑妹冷漠並不耐煩的給指路錯誤的上二樓前台的路線，找了半天回到前台另一位員工告知了正確的上二樓前台的路線，上了二樓Express前台被告知不能用現金交城市税 必須用信用卡

床不大，房間還是很整潔的，就是面積不算大！

房間清潔，早餐不錯！

It’s real nearby the concert location ziggo dome, it’s convenient. They need to check the guest reservation properly as they send us to a wrong room than previously booked and need to transfer to another room.  in terms of cleanliness they need to improve! It’s like our room was not cleaned and smelly from the poor sewerage, dust everywhere and not clean bathroom! We asked for help but they just spray something.  Our room is 1320

房間不錯，裝修比較新，設施齊全，入住方便舒適。

房間非常滿意，環境超級好，離着地鐵站和火車站很近，出行1去哪裡都無比方便。離着rai展館也很近。下次肯定還考慮在這兒的1。忘説了，早餐非常豐盛，咖啡很好喝。

We have very good stays in Holiday Inn Bijlmer of Arena. The quality manager, Mr.Alexandre Valente  helped us to change our room with better ventilation since we complained about the first room given without air conditioner working. The breakfast is quite standard but it is enough for our needs. The coffee and beers bar located at 1st floor is very nice for chilled out in the evening and environment is happy.

環境安靜，完美契合我的“避世”需求。早餐意外好吃，中西式都有，給旅途添彩。

아레나에서 콘서트보고 1박하기위해 묵었는데 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 아침 조식도 괜찮고. 가성비 갑이네요

Good service.. but have walking distance to train.. Is safe to walk
