有小偷 入住期間錢包放在行李箱裏被偷走了400歐。
店長説不願意懷疑自己的員工,不想報警也不想看監控,願意直接賠付給我。我輕信了,但從9月28日開始説會退款給我直到現在也沒有退回來,發郵件也不再回復。
開會期間最普通的房間漲到2000人民幣一晚,空調不暖、房間漏水。後幾天連垃圾都不給扔了,非常差的入住體驗。
There was a thief during my stay and my wallet, which was in my suitcase, was stolen with 400 euros.
The manager said she didn't want to suspect her own employees and didn't want to call the police or watch the surveillance footage. She was willing to pay me directly. I trusted her, but she said she would refund me from September 28th until now, but she hasn't refunded me yet, and she no longer replies to my emails.
The most basic room during the conference went up to 2000 RMB per night, with an uncomfortably cold air conditioner and a leaking room. For the later days, they even stopped throwing away the trash, which was a very poor accommodation experience.
