Dream Hotel Amsterdam

Would not hesitate to book again, very clean stylish hotel. Beds comfortable, staff no problems at all. Nice and Quiet location, close to everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants beside the hotel, we went to the Heineken experience on the last day which worked perfect for leaving suitcases as we had to pass the hotel to get to train station afterwards.

Paid for one night . Bath found cracked and sharp , towel rail found hanging off the wall. The room found NOT sound proof, with police going by all night . Multiple times in the night somone was attempting to gain access to our room. We planned to stay there for a week... The next morning i said about the issues , with a response that they are fully booked but they could swap someone into this room . My reply was absolutely not , the room should be taken out of service. We left and found another hotel . They then decided to take two more nights payment from my card without my consent as i selected (pay at hotel). When i contacted them , my reply was ,you can have half back as we couldn't rent the room out. Absolute disappointment not only from the hotel but from *******, would not recommended.

Boutiquehotel ??? Det mindste værelse vi har oplevet, billeder er godt nok utilregnelige - kunne dårligt åbne vores kuffert. Intet vindue der kunne åbnes - man kunne dårligt få luft og så lugtede der ! OG så står der ved bestilling at morgenmad kunne tilkøbes - det kunne man IKKE !

Simple and central but not basic. It’s a good little hotel convenient located in the city centre but without many amenities

Great place to stay!

He pasado solo una noche en el hotel. Situado céntricamente y con red de transporte público en la misma puerta del hotel. cerca también de los canales holandeses y con embarcaderos cercanos para recorrerlos. Muy cerca del magnífico teatro art noveau Tuschinski. No dispone de desayuno pero tiene una jarrita con té y café instantáneo que se agradece. Habitaciones renovadas con todo lo necesario. Camas super cómodas. Olvidé una prenda con valor sentimental y ofrecieron todo tipo de posibilidades para enviarla al domicilio. Sin duda repetiré. No dispone de ascensor, creo, pero también tiene su encanto en Amsterdam. Se puede desayunar y comer sin problema por la zona . Hay varias panaderías en la zona donde poder tomar un magnífico bollo y café en taza. Lo mismo para comer. Recomendación los sandwiches de ZeroZero muy cerquita.
